Did not liked one thing: on the travel booking sites were smaller prices than the reception itself and the breakfast was excluded. Very nice and big room, but; good food but small choice of a la carte breakfast. Friendly staff.

Nice location close to a beautiful park, ok roooms. Service however very bad. Receptionist not friendly and staff working at the pool is very odd and have no emotions. Be aware that you have to pay 400 mld for the pool. Very strange when they use the pool as one of the most important advertisements for the hotel.

Good hotel in the center. Easy to get to everything

The room was spacious and beds were comfortable but shower did not work properly, bedside lamp was a little looss and here and there paint was damaged. The kettle in room was nice but most hotels have at least a teabag and coffee, sugar and creamer sachets. It gives a much better impression at the cost of a few lei.

No safe in the room but, for me, the really annoying breakfast arrangement with the restaurant across the street was the main disappointment issue: only one coffee/tea serving included, the second will be a rip off, be aware!

A pleasant hotel with a convenient location, a comfortable bed, and a beautiful view from the windows. The pleasant atmosphere has been maintained. A perfect hotel for a stay in Chisinau. The breakfast was delicious. This hotel has only one drawback: it is often full. I was lucky to be able to spend one night there, I would have stayed there again.

Good service, friendly staff and nice breakfast. The location is not that good. There is an abandoned stadium nearby and lots of wild dogs hanging around, especially at night! It's better to take a taxi to the hotel at night.

Everything good except TV doesn’t worked

The rooms were average, but the staff kept the hotel very clean. The food however was horrible, breakfast eggs were absolutely cold and had to be the worse pumpkin soup in Moldova ( but still charged top restaurant prices)

The hotel was quite empty when i was there except for the natural clay tennis courts which were quite busy. They served us few guests in their giant dining room. Food was good; breakfast quite scant. (this is supposedly a 5 star) Individual service is good. If comoing from the airport, arrance for them to get you a taxi (and going back...generally under $5 US. Never grab a taxi at the airport...

5 stars?! No way. Old, stinky carpet, anti sanitary, mould on the wall, no bath, just portable douche cabin from supermarket. The only advantage is proximity to the airport I arrived at 3 am, missed breakfast, they offered me apples ( for payment).

Absolutely exceeded expectations! The owner is a caring, hospitable, and absolute gem of a woman who is genuinely invested in making sure you maximize your time. Very nice hotel, 5 minutes walking distance from downtown. There is a fancy coffee shop and bakery on the corner. Very fast wifi, you can work from here.

Nice modern hotel in the city center. Good size clean rooms with basic but functional furniture. Big downside for me was that the receptionist didn’t accept credit card (sth was broken), fortunately I had enough cash with me. Another drawback was that the room was a bit noisy as the hotel is located right at the busy street.
