Masen Hotel in Chisinau

Real address of this hotel is Mitropolit Varlaam St 74, Chisinau, Moldova
Few months ago its name was Bonapatehotel.
you still see it on a maps.

It's not a hotel, it's a BROTHELl!!! People rent a hotel room by the hours! Not per night!

Receptionists are changing several times during the day, they don't speak english, rude, etc... They trying to charge you for room several times during your stay!!

Terrible service, rude staff, dirty rooms, no card payments, cash only and they don't give you a change!!! They lying and cheating on customers. It was the worst experience in my life!!! Shower cabin was leaking from the underneath... etc no hairdryer, no fridge, no heater, no mirror in the bathroom...

They canceled my reservation what was already paid. Now I try to get my money back and its not look good at all.

Horrible experience. They wanted to make us pay in advance and thank God we refused. When we arrived to the hotel they moved us to another without giving us any explanation. And we heard that they usually do this. Do not stay here.

I stayed at this hotel 3 nights and this hotel made me annoyed! they ruined my trip!

on the first day, the hotel address was wrong... when I arrive the hotel, the bed was broken and I said the staff about that but they seems that they are not interested in the room. also the wifi didn't work so I said it to the staff but they never minded. in the room the lamps did not work! and neither the tv. there are no teas, cups, teapot. is it really a hotel?

on the second day, after I came back to the room, maybe someone fixed the lamps. yes it' good but a broken light bulb was on the floor. even worse, it was near my lauggage and it was open. I was really worried if the piece of light bulb goes into my lauggage. why didn't they clean the floor?

at the night, there was a party under the hotel until 4am! even if it was monday night!! I said the staff that it's too noisy so I can't sleep but they did not anything. even worse, the smell of smoke came to my room... oh god! I couldn't sleep until 5am. but the staffs didn't say anything about this to me.

on the third day, I have to change my room on the morning and they gave me a room that is not cleaned and different from what I reserved. even more there were clothes of other person. I asked the staff about the clothes and she brought them. but after 2 hours the owner of the clothes came to the room and asked about his clothes... yeah he didn't check out that moment and the receptionist gave me not empty room.
that' not all! on this day I really wanted to rest because I couldn't sleep during the night. but suddenly a man came to the room and he started to fix the tv although I never requested about it. I have to go out... and some hours later I came back to the room and my room was completely under the construction!! the man was fixing the tv and another mens came to the toilet and they were fixing something. I've never heared of that! why did the hotel give me the room that is not empty and under the construction?
I was really annoyed so I explained and requested the receptionists to change my room but they were not serious about my problem. they were just smiling and said that "now the men will not come in to your room ^^". they never said the word "sorry". I think they are not interested in whether the customers feel good or not.
they said that the men will not come to my room but still I couldn't go back to my room so I'm now in the restaurant. I'm afraid if I can sleep this night without any disturbs.

please don't go this hotel! if you don't want to ruin your days in chisinau!

I've booked the room 2 months in advance.
My boyfriend and could not arrive there because the address is wrong, doesn't coincide with real number.
The day before arrival i sent them a mail with approximate time, they answered "ok! we're waiting for you".
So we were traveling for all day and planned to walk around city CENTER take a good rest before another long trip.
After crazy and nervous hour we've found them, asked to pay and say they don't have any room and send us to another "their" hotel.
We say ok, supposing it will be same good and clean place and aftee ling trip needed just rest.
We went to one hotel, they didn't even were advised about us.
Went to another **** stars hotel.

Not clean, no service, no restaurant, no bathrobes, no WiFi.
It's just a lie.
Swindlers. All of them.
I wanted to show to my Italian boyfriend how good Moldova is!
We got only bad experience and bad moments.
Don't trust this place.
