While we were staying at one of our stops during our holiday with our family of 10, there was a credit card problem and they sent an e-mail at 1 am saying that our reservation would be canceled and they wanted a response within 6 hours. Then they canceled the reservation. We stayed there, 6 adults and 4 children, on the same day. We made a reservation somewhere else and paid when we arrived. We regretted choosing this place with its ridiculous service policy during our 7-stop trip. Below is their message.,Hello,Apartments Radonjic has informed us that it was unable to process your credit card due to the following reason: The transaction was declined. Please check your credit card information or use a different card. To ensure your reservation remains valid, be sure to update your credit card within the next 6 hours. If you do not update your payment information in a timely manner, the property may cancel your reservation.

Me and my family had the most horrible vacation experience here. The place is in shambles and very dirty. Terrible noise at night, no sleep. Also, the management does everything to make your stay miserable. We've had many lovely interactions with many Montenegrins, so I know this is a rare case in Montenegro but this is awful when you experience it at the place you stay.

DO NOT stay at this place!! I do not recommend it because they are (Ivan&Dori) cheaters. We booked our room via bookingcom but while we were staying, the first night they cancelled our reservation. We paid the money (33euros and 6 euro for the tax) in advance and they didn’t give us any receipt or the pink receipt. They cancelled our reservation so we had to go away from the room and pay the tax again because of them. When we ask them, they wanted our passports (they already photocopied it by the way?!) and bring it back in 2 or 3 hours. So the first question; why do I have to give my passport and why do I have to wait for 2-3 hours?? You already got the money for the tax. That’s your problem, why do I have to wait for you in the room for hours without my passport? As you can see it from the attachments, the room cost 27euros. 6 euro cost for the tax. So they are cheating every single person as I saw on google comments. I wish I saw it earlier so that I wouldn’t stay there. They just say “ouh booking cancelled it not us” but I have been travelling around the world for ages. I have booked so many rooms via bookingcom. Nobody did something like this. Although we paid 33€, they tried to get one more 33€ from my credit card. So DON’T trust them, DON’T believe them!!

I strongly recommend you not to go to this hotel. This is not kinda a hotel or apart hotel, the owner Ivan and his girlfriend Dori are totally cheaterss!! I guess, The comments written on google are fake. They are not kind and friendly people, they are very rude. They cancelled our reservation while we were staying there. According to the rules of Montenegro, you have to pay taxes per night for your stay. So, we had already paid in advance via bookingcom but they cancelled the reservation and told lies about it that booking did that, not them. Of course it was a lie because this is not my first trip and not my first stay in my life, I know bookingcom and the rules. They just did not want to pay the tax. Be careful about these two IMPOSTERS and CHEATERS!!

Reservation was canceled in the day of reservation . At least unpleasant , troubles with booking com with no help from the stuff of object who basically said that they dont care and cancelled our stay . Was it the cancellation because of troubles with booking com or they just wanted to book a room in better price for someone else ? Booked apartment with no availability in the same time that we should be there 15 minutes after cancellation of our stay points at the second scenario. I dont recommend to even get into conversations with the object.

Avoid going here!!! It was the worst experience of my life envolving traveling. I don't recommend this place at all. It is very primitive and way far from that beach which isn't beautfiul at all. We rented an apartment with 2 rooms and the host gave us 2 separate rooms instead telling us another family is coming. We didn't have towels, hot water, toilet paper, soap. Anything you wanted you need to ask for and everything was "5 minutes" away. Avoid going here!!!
