Amazing place in the heart of Budva close to everything- location and property couldn’t have been better ! Metzo the host and the housekeeper were delightful and extremely helpful with everything ! Couldn’t recommend more :)

We spent here for a week during summer. It was our first time in Montenegro and we are really suprised how crowded can it be. The accomodation was nice and affortable. The beach and the old town was close too. The grocery store was nearby too. The owner was generous and let us to park our car front of the appartment.

All praise for the apartment in Budva. The location is excellent, you are a 15-minute walk from all important places and beaches, the people are cultured and hospitable, and the room is more than sufficient for its function of sleeping and showering.

Nice place to stay, and close to everything. The owner is very polite and helpful. The place is a bit noisy because of the road near by and the doors fail to isolate noises.

We were able to choose our breakfast, and they even put it in a takeaway container for us to eat in our room. The room was clean and comfortable.

I really liked the guesthouse. It was cleaned daily, there was coffee for breakfast, and you could choose one dish, which was cooked right in front of you. Everything was delicious! The location was great, with lots of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. Car rentals were also available.

Located a short walk from the bus station and a further 15 minutes walk will take you to the beach. Dalia and her staff are lovely. Bedroom was well maintained and comfortable. Location was quiet and convenient. There is no lift so this may be a consideration for anyone with kids or accessibility issues.

The guesthouse is around 20' on foot from the city center. The room is spatious and kept fresh with a good functioning AC. I personally didn't find it too clean, they only come in to change the towels and nothing else, no floor cleaning. The breakfast is good and varied, and even if it is not buffet you have a good selection of plates. However the girl serving you could not be more annoyed of doing...

A nice guesthouse with a good location We had a really nice stay in Budva. The guesthouse was nice, comfortable and clean and the host was really helpful and nice. It was within walking distance to everything we needed, and it was really nice (and necessary) with air condition. The shops were right around the corner (a two minutes walk) and the nearest ATM could be seen from the entrance of the restaurant...

Staying in Budva Inn, at the moment. I am familiar with the town very well and this guest house is a great choice. The price I'm paying for accomodation is afordable for mid - class, rooms are small and super clean, location is really good - walking distance to the old-town, beaches etc., owners' hospitality is my positive surprise when it comes to Mne. Nice hotel, clean, hospitality is best, owner is too helpfull

The hotel is quite simple but clean. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants, convenient stores and the beach. However the wifi sucks and the cleaning lady really wants to clean everyday, even when you're still in the room which is quite annoying. This could be solved with a "do not disturb" and "please clean room" sign for the door.

Very clean and spacious rooms. The rooms are serviced daily and the inn keepers go beyond their call of duty to tidy up the place. It is conveniently located, next to many stores and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the bay. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the inn to Budva visitors!

Very neat and daily cleaned rooms. 30 minutes walk to the old Town and 10 to the marginally attractive beaches. The hotel is surrounded with convenience stores and interesting restaurants. Great value hotel, highly recommended when choosing to visit budva.

Had a great experience. We stayed here 8 days with a group of 5 people. Enough room for all of us for sure. Had minor issues here and there, such as no running tapwater and having to ask for cleaning of our room. However, these things solved themselves quite quickly. I really enjoyed staying there in room no. 21, so much so that I extended my stay. It's close to the city center and a megamarket, just 5 minutes away. The conditions are very pleasant, clean, and tidy. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay. 🖐️

Very nice garden with olive trees, kind staff and everything what you need in the room. Free parking in the yard. Some of the rooms are with windows at the street and is a little bit noisy.

Good location. Beautiful balcony and garden, view of the mountains from the window. The owners treat you to fruit from their own garden. Pleasant homely atmosphere. Opposite there is a mesarnya, a bakery with low prices.

Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff. They explain everything and help with everything. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. A large supermarket is 5 minutes away. Breakfast is quite decent; you won't go hungry. The coffee isn't great, and that's probably the only downside.

Perfection! Villa Velzon has the best staff in all Montenegro. Receptionists, restaurant workers and cleaning ladies were a blast, they made our holidays so special, helped with everything what we needed and set a perfect “holiday mood” from the day we arrived and until we left. Rooms are great, clean, well equipped, good ac, location is great. Highly recommend to stay here and will for sure come back...

We spent a week at Velzon. It’s a great hotel for couples and families. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries. Spacial thanks to Zeljka and Milan for their assistance and for making our stay memorable and enjoyable!

I will give this one a 5/10. The local itself presented nice with both indoor and outdoor places to eat. The food they served on the other hand was no so great. I booked tickets at a villa nearby and the lunch meal was included. They gave us the same taste-less meals almost every day. On one evening, though, we decided to eat at Velzon dinner and, to our surprise, the food was good. One more thing...

Everything is OK, except breakfast. The Swedish table was very scarce, the coffee was just terrible. The taste was like the coffee grounds were boild couple times more, food seemed like leftovers from yesterday. It would have been a lot better if we didint buy included breakfast, instead had bought some pastry from bakery which was downstairs or ate at the next door restaurant. Room was very tidy....

A very good location. A few minutes' walk to the beach and the center. A supermarket is nearby. The hotel has its own gated parking lot, which is appreciated by anyone trying to find a parking space in crowded Budva. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is buffet-style. The rooms are well-stocked, though not the newest. I highly recommend it.

I accidentally booked a studio apartment; I'd advise you to be careful and book an apartment instead. The landlord is a very nice person. The location is great, the room is clean, and there are enough kitchen utensils. It's a quiet, peaceful, and lovely place.

Booked their small bedroom apartment on Airbnb. The hosts are extremely helpful and always quick to respond. The studio matches all the descriptions. I have my own patio. AC works well both for ventilation and heating. Plenty of parking space too. Barely any noise.

I really enjoyed my holiday. The owners were so nice and polite. The room was very clean. We made a BBQ in the back garden. Overall the best holiday experience. We are definitely coming again.

I stayed here for 2 weeks until today.the apparently was in a good location between kotor and budva.it had a pretty garden bit the best thing was the host and her family. I was alone and from day one they treated me notably as a friend d bit as family we went to many places ate and drank together at night and had so much fun.please stay here they are sokind

The toilet in our room was outside the room. That's why I deducted one star. It's close to everything, and they're helpful. It's a value-for-money place.

Everything was clean, tidy and exactly as in the pictures. I would especially like to highlight the owner Miloš – he is kind, funny and a true host. Avarage budget stay it has fridge, balcony, very old air conditioner that took time to know how worked but otherwise it was okay not the best mattress on the bed but it was okay but its cute little family owned buisness, jasna doesn't speak good English but her son milos speaks good English and that helped alot but over all I enjoyed my stay there thank you alot it was a pleasure :)

Really enjoyed our stay, a great location and hosts.

On average it was ok for the price. Still, the rooms were not cleaned well when we arrived. One of the towels was dirty, there were spider webs everywhere and we had a weird towel in the freezer. I would not recommend it unless you had no other options

We stayed in this accommodation for 7 nights, it is good, comfortable, has a large space and is equipped with everything you need. It is clean, there are no unpleasant odors. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong. The view from the terrace is indescribably beautiful. The hosts, Arina and her husband with a small baby, delighted us with a nice gesture, they saw that it was my birthday and came...

The rooms are cozy. Everything is there. The view of the bay is stunning. I'll be back. There's private parking. There's no city noise. It's better to have a car to get to the beach or neighboring towns. But if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place.

We stayed here twice, for a long time, and would love to stay again. A wonderful place, postcard-perfect views, incredibly welcoming hosts. Of course, you need a car, or better yet, a motorcycle; as everywhere in the coastal Czech Republic, the roads are winding in all directions; it's a bit of a walk, but a stone's throw away on wheels. Budva, Petrovac to the left, sandy and rocky beaches, the junction...

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days between 23/11 /25 - 27/11/25 and we had an excellent experience. From the friendly chauffer that picked us up from Tivat airport, to the warm welcome we got at the reception upon our arrival, to the attentive staff at the dinning room and the team at the sauna, everything was amazing. My reservation was for June 27, but I arrived in the morning on the 28th. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, and I entered the room only at 14:00. However, overall, I really liked the hotel — cozy, clean, and with a great atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located - quite close to both Becici and Rafailovici with their long good beach, and to Budva with its infrastructure. The hotel is very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast in the Benedict cafe, and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there. You need to understand that if you want to swim, you will need to walk about 10 minutes to any beach.

Breakfast and room were perfect.

You do need to take a Taxi from the bus station to the hotel. But it was every penny! Located at the peaceful end of the town, and the path along the sea to the old town is a must😊 - beautiful views and great atmosphere. We did have a tech issue with our door key but it was sorted very quickly. The breakfast selections were excellent and at 5 starts’ level of quality👍.
