The rating system needs more than 5 stars for location. Steps away from not just a magnificent private beach but also the walls of Budva's wonderful old town. The hotel itself is first rate, our sea-facing balcony was had a bigger footprint than most hotel rooms I've seen. Breakfast was pretty good.

This was a really nice hotel. The location in Old Town Budva was absolutely perfect, super close to everything and the beach was gorgeous. Beautiful room with stunning sea view. The hotel is lovely - new, clean, good small spa and breakfast buffet very good. BUT, the balcony was rarely usable due to the building works on all around the hotel all day and by next year the view will be much reduced. Such a shame.

Perfect Hotel. At arrival we were greeted by a super friendly host. The check-in was very quick. The room was beautiful with a nice bathroom and small balcony with a view on Budva. We stayed in penthouse, it was very comfortable, clean and well designed. It has separated 3 room and 3 bathrom, breakfast was normal. Otopark was enough, location is hard to find.

Very nice hotel and great service. On 4th floor there is a small swimming pool, clean water. During a hot day it was exactly what we needed. Calm and clean. Good breakfast. Everything easily accessible within walking distance - the sea, public bus station, beaches, old town. Exactly what we were looking for.

Beautifull and clean hotel in Budva. We spend a few night. There’s breakfast from 7 to 10. The staff are really nice. You can go to the beach by feet and also visit the city.

Highly recommend this hotel. Cosy and modern place to stay in Budva. Rooms are spacious and clean, all with balcony. Extra thing was pool and place to relax on the roof. Breakfasts were delicious with a lot variety of food. Personel kindly and helpfull. Location in quiet distict of Budva, about 15 min walking to old town/beach. Near hotel there are many shops and restaurstions/pubs.
