With its central location and friendly staff, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very comfortable and hygienic. During my vacation with my daughter, we enjoyed the view while sipping our drinks at the seafront restaurant. Many thanks to New Hotel Kuc By Marvel and its team for giving us a perfect holiday. It's a bit annoying that all of the restaurants are so close to each other and they can't agree on one music style. The staff was fine and the serving time was not too bad but the main point is that the food was great and the portions are huge even though the prices are lower than at most places.

A very pleasant hotel! It's a 10-minute walk to the old town and the beach. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We stayed for two days, and there were several types of eggs, sausage, ham, hot dogs, various cheeses, and vegetables. It's about a ten-minute walk between the beach and the bus station. If you're not going swimming, I'd recommend it. The owner even gives you free beer, which is very friendly! It's less than a ten-minute walk to the starting point for the bus to St. Stephen's.

The apartment itself was not that great — it felt more like a regular apartment converted into an Airbnb. However, the receptionist was very kind, friendly, and helpful. They provided everything I asked for without any hesitation, which I really appreciated. Finding the accommodation was a bit tricky, even with the instructions provided. The rooms are pretty old and small. The air conditioner didn't work so we had to sleep with open windows which was super noisy.

We stayed in villa beatrix which is owned by vila lux. Omar was really friendly and helpful and helped us park our car. Really recommend! The owner / manager was also very nice and gave us suggestions of places to eat and where to go.

Four of us were there in a vacation. The employees were really kind and helpful, one of them even made us a hot cup of tea in the middle of the night when we got cought by the storm. :) For four people the room felt a bit small, but for two it should be fine. The brightest and most pleasant impressions of the sea, beaches and hospitable hosts! Apartments right next to the sea, 25 m, parking, supermarkets, cafes with excellent cuisine from the freshest seafood, Buddha is also not far away, there is a public bus.

Dear staff. Marina the landlord is very kind, we also understood each other with very poor language skills .I can only recommend to everyone.The beach is a bit far from the accommodation, but you can be there in 20 minutes. The hotel is centrally located, near the bus station and about a 20-minute walk from the beaches of Budva. Those beaches are overcrowded and not clean, though. The awesome thing was that every day I hopped on the bus to explore different towns along the coast. If you are adventurous, staying round the corner from the inter-town bus station could be useful. Price and quality come hand in hand. Big plus about the air conditioning and shower pressure. Our room shower head was broken but they changed it quite fast to a new one. Mostly calm hotel, but if someone is being loud, you can hear it quite well. Waterboiler was missing but we got one when asked. September 29, 2021 for 4 days ... an excellent hotel, cleaned 1 time, no complaints .. honestly, people, you change your bed linen every three days)) ??? , the breakfasts are delicious and nutritious, the room is spacious and clean, a quiet place, to the sea (if you know the places min 7), there is a pool, but small, and in principle it is not needed on the Adriatic ....

Looks like a brand new hotel with a good quality service and stuff. Continental breakfast was one of the best one in my life. Parking. The only thing to improve - there was no soap and bath mat in the shower.

Good location, staff member was polite and engaging. Bought a bottle of wine which was reasonably priced. Terrace not very well lit. A youth carrying a makeshift weapon came onto the terrace and asked my wife and I if we had any money, he was stared out and told no before leaving. Also witnessed pickpockets in operation just outside, they were rumbled.

We stayed at Lucic as part of our packaged tour to Montenegro. The hotel says it’s a 4-star hotel, but I wouldn’t give it more than 2. The room continuously smelled very badly, ventilation in the bathroom works really badly (or doesn’t work at all?), throughout 9 days the room was cleaned only once - really badly (basically they made our beds and replenished the toilet). It’s not far from the beach...

This is a great place to stay for both short and long term. It’s clean and cozy, close to the beach, restaurants and bus station. Prices are very reasonable and staff is suuper friendly. The only downside is no visa only cash for payment.

We expected to stay in a luminous apartment for 3 persons as per our booking reservation while we stayed in a basic room . That said, the room was clean and the staff has been very kind; the position is very central, close both to the beach and the old town.

We have stayed there for 3 nights. Beautiful, cozy and clean hotel. Breakfast was rich enough and we had a great stay there. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Old City, it can be quite exhausting under the sun but still worth it. The staff was helpful.

On the face of it a lovely hotel, however the Aircon was incredibly noisy and kept turning itself off. We were told that breakfast ended at 10:30am, when it actually finished at 9:30am, so we therefore missed breakfast. It has the possibility of doing well with good communication from staff.

Wife and I went to Budva for kids soccer tournament. The Hotel was better than expected. Great location. Underground garage. Always clean. And the employees were top notch. They are working on a roof top jacuzzi. Once installed, I won't even leave the Hotel.

5 star rooms - huge and nicely furnished. Service- didn’t find any. Reception stuff is unfriendly. No bottled water, no slippers (how it’s even possible in allegedly 4 star hotel???). I asked for slippers, and they promised me to ORDER them. but according to previous comments - that will never happen because they do not provide slippers at all.
