We only stayed for one night, but absolutely loved our accommodation. Very clean, close to a restaurants and overall very nice room.

The room is a bit small, but very clean

The environment is good, the house has a balcony with a good view, but more attention should be paid to hygiene, as there are small insects in the house. The price is relatively cheap, the service attitude is good, and there is a parking space at the door. The restaurant next door tastes good, and it is eaten by locals.

It's okay it did for one night's stay. Room quite small and basic. WiFi is non-existent in the upper floors. Had to sit in reception in order to connect. Convenient parking outside made easy by the hosts.

Modern & quiet apartment with friendly and helpful staff who were always on hand to help. The property is kept incredibly clean. The property is tucked away up a small hill and behind a supermarket, which is great for supplies and offers fresh food options for lunches if you're heading out and about. Beautiful little boutique hotel which is very nicely decorated. Only 4 floors, lovely pool and little roof terrace. It has a lift and our standard room had everything you need, hair dryer, kettle, fridge. I would definitely visit again and recommend. No idea why it only currently scored 3.5 out of 5!!!

Beautiful quiet hotel in Budva. The hotel was immaculate, well maintained and very clean! Staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. About half an hour to the old town by walking but super close to the beach and other restaurants/bars. little supermarket right outside for snacks and drinks.

The place was nice staying at, the view is beautiful and not far from everything. The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning of the rooms, they don’t like them and no new towels.

It is close to the old city but climbing the hill is very bad, that's why we did not like the location, even the taxi left us on the hill, it was difficult to walk up the hill to get to the old city, and unfortunately the cleaning was not enough.

The location is very good but unfortunately the rooms are not as they appear in the photos and open onto a common terrace and therefore it is very difficult to ventilate the rooms, it is dark and the rooms are not clean.

Pros: Vila is in a convenient location, close to the old town. Relatively inexpensive. Cons: the room is damp. The plaster is falling off. The mattress needs to be changed, you can feel the springs, and the old refrigerator hums very loudly.

Decent accomodation if you're on a tighter budget. Floor was not clean and many surfaces had not been dusted in a long time. Very hard to find the place, no sign or anything to tell you where to go. Parking for 10€ a day, not too bad. Overall, not great, not terrible

They have very poor sound insulation and don't help with noisy guests.

We spent 5 lovely days in Budva. The view from the windows was breathtaking. The apartment was spacious and suited our needs perfectly. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Spacious, clean apartment with incredible views. Free parking onsite and a nice pool. The apartment is not very well equipped. Sleeps 4.but there were only 3 of everything such as plates and glasses. Does not come with any complimentary coffee or tea and not even any shower soap. It’s located up a very steep hill. Overall the positives outweigh any negatives and I would recommend this property.

Why would I give a 5 star review to a hotel that cost more, at €80 per night if a four night stay, more than I paid for an apartment with a sea view, separate bedroom with king sized bed and sea views from the kitchen and the bedroom, a 30 minute walk from here in the Crna Gora mountains? There was also a little issue with my room door which took all my strength to shut and no response from maintenance...

Excellent overnight stay in a good location . Nice solid 4 star property . Room was spacious and had a kitchen area which was quite a nice touch . Views on higher floors are better . Service was good and great breakfast offering . No issues . recommended

Rooms are incredibly big, with living room, kitchen, like a suite which is great. we have hot water not very hot and cigarettes smell in non smoking room on first floor, I guess it comes from bar / restaurant at floor 0, it is really difficult. welcome to Montenegro the nightmare for non smoking people. the breakfast is not a buffet at all, need to order, average.

I stayed for two nights with my child (he got extra attention, which I'm so grateful for – he was very happy!), and everything was great! The apartment was very clean, with fresh linens and a soft, high bed. There's private parking. I highly recommend it!

Excellent location The only problem we had was finding it as we were walking from the Bus Station and there appears to be a lack of street signs in Budva. Now we know it is located behind the Gufo hotel and by Fortuna Hotel and Gastronomy. It is within easy walking distance of the TQ Centre. This place is in the centre of the city, very near to the beach only 5 mins walk. It is a sparkling clean place to stay at Budva, the host is so nice she accepted our reservation late at night after we had to cancel our reservation in a nearby place which was dirty. Everything in the apartment is new and spotless. Location is good, in the center of town. This and low price make it a good value. But be forewarned: check out is at 10:00 am. If you are not out exactly at 10, the house keepers will bang on your door to remind you. They very rudely and abruptly told us we need to leave. I liked this place. Everything was good about it. The only thing the sheets haven’t been changed once within 5 days of our stay and also guests don’t follow pool rules, they bring food and glass bottles, making mess and leave it this way, but staff don’t seem to care about it.

Big room, have everything you need. Our apartment was on 0 floor, with easy access to the pool from balcony. Sea could be closer, it will take like 10 minutes to reach it. Wifi is ok, sometimes lost connection by the pool, but it was working perfect in room.

The accommodation is a family managed hotel located in the heart of Budva near the beaches, restaurants, shops and the old town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s safe and comfortable for solo travelers.

What to say about the accommodation? It was perfectly clean, the hospitality from the very first contact was exceptional, the food quality was excellent, and we enjoyed the best little taverns in town. Location is awesome, close to a cheap and good restaurant L&M, Mogren beach, and old town Budva. There was parking, tight, but behind a locked gate. Room was good, everything rather new, shower has good pressure. Host is very kind and takes care of guests.

The hotel has a perfect location. The reception man is very kind and helpful. Rooms are big enough, clean (except one small place on the rug where we find some dirt, but maid cleaned it in a few minutes from our call). Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were big and comfy. You can see that this is not the newest modern hotel, but it really has everything what you can need. I really like the place!
