This Hotel is one of the best in Budva. The Beach and the location is amazing. Service is really caring and nice. Food was really good and affordable. Rooms are big and really clean and comfy, with all the things you need. The view from the balcony is amazing and relaxing. High recommendations❤️

Hotel was nice, great location a very nice bay having said that the area in general was run down and a little tired looking. The food was generally very good, sometimes a lot of the meat dishes could be cold, which seems to be normal for the are. Having said that a good choice for, breakfast and evening meal. Staff ok although not what you would call friendly.

This hotel is really one of the best hotels in Budva. A very friendly welcome at the reception, friendly attention in the restaurant, generally quality service and a very beautiful beach. They definitely deserve five stars, but the only flaw is the pillows in the rooms are very bad. The owners should urgently take precautions for this situation.

Great hospitality overall. We were welcomed by owner, apartment was amazing, huge, with view on ocean. Big TV in bedroom was damaged, but we had other two. Balcony was best part, we were overlooking fully the jazz beach and rest of sea. Parking was provided and had security. Location was on mountain, difficult to move anywhere without car. We stayed 4 days in this hotel run by Cristina and Angela and we had a great time. The rooms are very very large, with large beds and space to do a little bit of everything. The bathroom is also excellent, spacious and clean, and the breakfast where you can find everything. Thanks, great!

All praise primarily for kindness. I felt at home. The apartment is clean, tidy, nicely and modernly equipped. It has everything you need, there is a park for children and one big plus for that. I also want to mention that the air conditioning is not paid for additionally, which should be taken for granted, but unfortunately, most caterers pay extra, which I consider very incorrect. Really friendly place and a good starting point for the nearby beaches or Kotor or Skodersko lake (or Budva, obviously). Each room of our apartment had separate AC, but in early June we didn't need it, probably thanks to appropriate construction technique. Rooms are not new but well maintained and equipped. This place was amazing, it had a kitchen bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom all the things you need, it also has a spacious balcony with a table, sun beds, and chairs and the view is stunning at all times. I can stare at the view for hours. I highly recommend this apartment, it’s lovely.

The rooms are cozy. Everything is there. The view of the bay is stunning. I'll be back. There's private parking. There's no city noise. It's better to have a car to get to the beach or neighboring towns. But if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place.

We stayed here twice, for a long time, and would love to stay again. A wonderful place, postcard-perfect views, incredibly welcoming hosts. An amazing place with breathtaking views, comfortable and well furnished apartments, pleasant atmosphere. And what is the most fabulous thing is that owners are extremely polite, hospitable, helpful, and pleasant people!! To be honest, Vila Tortuga was an amazing and unexpected discovery for me and my family! Really enjoyed! The place I will visit the next vacation for sure! Thanks guys for all!
