Located in a quiet part of Budva, near the bus station, 10 min walk to the beach, 21 km from the airport of Tivat is 65 km from the airport of Podgorica. Near the Villa there are restaurants and shops.
Consists of two 4-storey buildings.

Beach: public sandy-pebble in 400 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, chairs - for a fee. The beach is 1.6 km away.

It’s 15min distance to the most beaches and 30min to Mogren - but we liked it as we had very quiet and peaceful place to live and sleep.
If you need they can provide you a transfer to the airport and solve any issues ASAP.

Very clean and beautiful place.
The awesome thing was that every day I hopped on the bus to explore different towns along the coast. If you are adventurous, staying round the corner from the inter-town bus station could be useful.
I really liked a variety of food for breakfast, so it won't disappoint, fuelling you up for the day ahead.
One more good thing to mention. Upon arrival, the owners let me check in two hours earlier, and on my last day, they also allowed me to check out a couple of hours later. It was very kind of them.

Pool is small but shaded so we were able to enjoy with kids
A bif far from beach but you can go to Jaz by car and this is much better than crowded Budva
