This is the best value for money you can get.
The hosts are incredibly kind and treat you as family.

Great location with free parking.
Price is higher than other cities in Montenegro but Budva in general is more expensive.

Wonderful Stay at Sanja Hotel! We had a great experience at Sanja Hotel in Budva. The owners, Branko and Verda, are incredibly kind, helpful, and intelligent. They were always available to answer our questions and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is in a great location — not far from the Riviera and the Old Town, which makes exploring the area very convenient. One of the most important features is that the hotel offers parking for guests, which is a big advantage in Budva where parking can be difficult to find. Recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Budva.

before writing the review, I want to tell you that Mr. Branco is a special man, besides the fact that we had a room reserved for 3 people, he offered us an apartment, very clean, great food, parking, well positioned by beach! If you need any information, call Mr. Branco with confidence,on a rainy day he offered us his umbrella!I feel at home here! Alexander.

The SANJA is very welcoming and expertly run by the whole team from the owners to the cleaners everything is perfect and nothing is too much trouble. The Breakfast is lovely and fresh and tailored to your needs and requests. The bed is lovely and comfortable with excellent pillows and air conditioning. What can I say... Feels like home. Wonderful people here and I say people and not staff for a reason. They treat you like family here just look at all the other great reviews. This place which is my second time coming is what all hotels strive for...that personalised touch and all who work there have it in bucket loads. Some of the top hotel CEOs should stay here and just observe, they will learn something on how to treat your staff and your customers. The main man in Hotel Oliva is 'the Tony Robbins of Europe'. It's right in the middle of Budva, 10 mins from beach, breakfast you wouldn't get at Hilton (quail eggs aswell) in a lovely garden with trees and a waterfall. Can't say anymore....wish it was my place 👏 well done to you all xx

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Budva! The prices were really good for what they offer — great value for money. The staff were extremely polite and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were lovely, very clean, and beautifully maintained, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Budva — I’ll definitely come back! Greetings from Albania 🇦🇱

We stayed for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff - Yasmina, Magda, and every single person we encountered in the reception or cleaning staff, were all SO KIND, WELCOMING and had a high-class service attitude. They made our stay 1000% better with great recommendations, and lovely present in our room when checking in.
The room is very big, including a kitchen and a balcony. The room is super clean, design is up to date and the bathroom is new. I do wish they would offer different soaps for body vs. shampoo and conditioner, but this is the most ridiculous comment I have ever had on a hotel.
Breakfast was worth it - fresh veggies, eggs, nuts, granola, pastries and fruit. From what it looked when we were looking for an hotel in Montenegro, it's more than average.
They have a lots of parking soace, a groceries store near the hotel, based right near the beach and it's 15 mins walk from the old town.
They have a small gym and a swimming pool which we didn't try because it was cold.
We will definitely come back on our next stay. Thank you Admiral hotel team!

Very nice small hotel - renovated and clean. The rooms are small, but since this is a lively beach town with so many great places to visit, vibrant streets with countless cafés, bars and restaurants open late into the evening, you really only need the room to shower and sleep. 😊
Breakfast was perfect, nicely presented and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beach is just a 5–10 minute walk away, and the Old Town is also close.
The pool area is cosy and pleasant, and you can even take the towels to the beach (just let the reception know first). One thing to keep in mind: there’s no elevator in the building.

Not recommended – very disappointing stay
For about 10 hours there was no hot water in the hotel. After coming back from the sea and the pool, we couldn’t shower and had to stay like that for dinner and going out. The showers only had freezing water, and when we approached the staff we were told this was a recurring problem throughout the hotel, and that the technician could only come the next morning. Only thanks to a very kind employee, who personally went to the boiler and fixed it himself, the problem was eventually solved.
The next morning we approached the reception expecting at least some acknowledgment, but instead experienced terrible service: the manager denied the issue completely, accused us of lying, and spoke in a rude and dismissive way. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. The staff members were nice, but the manager’s attitude was simply unacceptable.
Other things to note:
• No elevator in the hotel, and this is not mentioned anywhere.
• The room was very small, even though we booked a “Superior” (supposedly the largest).
• Noise is heard clearly in the rooms.
Bottom line – I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I stayed for 4 nights. It was very comfortable. Pool was clean. Hotel is located near to beaches. 5 mins by walking. 20 minutes for Old Town.
Staff were very helpful. We asked them to arrange airport shuttle for arrival and departure.
Breakfast options could be more. Only pork was available. There could be beef.
