The apartments are within walking distance from the beach and center of Budva. Includes a private kitchenette and a furnished balcony.

Location: in the Central part of Budva, 500 metres from Budva Marina, 800 m from the main bus station, 20 km from the airport of Tivat.

The hotel has 19 rooms.

Consists of one 4-storey building.

Beach: public sand and pebble beach in 300 m from the hotel (2-coastline). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. The beach is 640 m. 1

Very clean, polite staff, not noisy at all - only heard some cars driving by because of an open window.

This is one of the noisiest apartments I‘ve ever been to. You can hear everything from neighboring apartments and from the street. We were waking up several times per night because people were being very loud when coming back from partying. A lot of very young people who only want to party.
I can’t recommend this apartment if you want to relax.

The cleaning service was very good though.

Decent accomodation if you're on a tighter budget. Floor was not clean and many surfaces had not been dusted in a long time. Very hard to find the place, no sign or anything to tell you where to go. Parking for 10€ a day, not too bad. Overall, not great, not terrible

They have very poor sound insulation and don't help with noisy guests.
