We came tired after a long day and from the first moment the lady at reception was really not nice. The room we got was horrible no real window, the ceiling is very low and going down in a slope, it an attic look like a storage. I honestly felt like in a small prison. Not even close to the pictures. After long time waiting and talking, we asked if we can get another room, Finally they agreed to give other room for 50 euro extra, which we paid just because we had no choice! In the morning they rushed us to get out of the room very early, with no respect. Felt like they just want us to leave already. Later I checked reviews on Google and I saw I’m not the only one. There are more people that write same kind of stories bad treatment and weird situations. Only good thing was the location, but the energy and the attitude were just bad. Wouldn’t go back.

The only positive side is the location, there are no advantages, they clean poorly, the reception staff is also not hospitable, the aura of the hotel is generally bad, I would rate it from 10 to 2. There is no Tefal in the room, no cutlery, they only put a glass and that's it, the service is terrible, they will change the bed linen when you rudely ask, for breakfast you have to go to the PERLA restaurant which is 500 meters from the hotel and they treat you as if you are having free breakfast, I do not recommend visiting this hotel. I recommend Slavyanskaya Plaza to everyone, there are separate buildings, the territory is huge, everything is well-kept and clean, it has swimming pools, its own restaurant.

Our experience with this hotel can be said to be disastrous, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, first of all, the prices are very high for what they offer, the accommodation is in a good location, and everything else is old and simply does not match the pictures from the booking, the staff was friendly until the moment when they charged us for the accommodation during checking in, they insisted that we immediately pay them the entire amount, after that we were placed in the last room and every day we had to climb the stairs to the top floor, and we had children and a stroller for the child, which was not possible. When we wished and said we wanted to change the room or simply leave, the woman from the reception was rude and the owner who was constantly at the reception did start threatening us in the presence of our children and behaves very aggressively. He threatened us that he would beat us up and that he would show us where we belong.

The experience was awful. I dont know where to start. Firstly the parking says its free but its not. When you get there they ask you $15 plus for parking, and they ask you to park in their garage when the place is very small and the chance to get scratches is very high. If you want something from you car you ha e to ask them to open the garage.
The rooms were small. The price its too high for what they offer.
It says its 4 star hotel but its not even for 1 star. They say they offer slippers, but it was a lie. They say you have coffe and tea in kitchen but there was nothing.
The bathroom had no place where to put towels. The shower head was damaged and it made all the bathroom wet. The bathroom door made noise when opened and closed. The service was not good at all. We had many luggage and nobody helped us. We climbed the stairs with luggage by ourselves.
The view from windows was not good at all. The location was near old town.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
We check-in a room, and the bathroom and toilet especially were dirty (dark brown spots everywhere)
I cleaned myself, didn't take any photos.
After around 2 hours we went to the reception to tell that we would like a "do not disturb" sign on the door and that no cleaning should lady come to clean (I assumed its a normal practice to clean daily or every 2 day). That was everything we asked for, we didn't demand any refund or anything else, just that no personel enters the room during our stay.
The reception lady called the owners wife to check, eventhough we said we had no proof and we don't want this. We wanted to go to the beach and just get the do not disturb sign.
The owners wife came imediatealy shouting and calling me a liar( the wife and the reception lady were talking in their language, serbian I assume, but I speak russian and could distinct that she was not talking very nicely about us)
I asked why she is shouting and talking in such a manner she said because I am annoying her. They called the cleaning lady, she as well came in called me a liar, talked rudely and shouted and treated as like garbade.
To clarify, we had no issue staying here, eventhough its 150/night +additional costs they asked such as taxes (1.90€ per person/night), garage place 15€, room card deposit 10€
Moreover, the hotel is by far not a 4 star hotel and it looks much worse than on the pictures. Everything is old, dusty, lights were not working properly, the light on the balcony didn't even turn on.
They charge you for garage while there are no places in the garage, and ask to leave yours car key to them to repart your car, which is not normal. Our car was parked in the middle so no cars could pass, and we had to repark it all the time during our stay, the outside parking was full and they were allowing other guests to park in front of the garage door, so everytime we wanted to take the car we had to wait 40+minutes.

I am very disappointed in all. Location it's great. Price of this i can't evan call it hotel especially not the 4 star hotel it's very high. For this amount of money you are not getting anything. Our appartmant was looking much bigger on pictures, so when we came we were very disappointed. Our balcony was so small less than 1m long. Older blond women on reception desk it's very rude and not professional at all, she was hungry for money, she was nice till the moment she charged us and then she was so unpolie and rude. For 4 star hotel this is not nice impression. Owner of this place was also rude to us. They are all fake. Only nice people were cleaning ladies and one guy who was caring luggage. I guess they are also treated very bad from their employer. Breakfast was not very rich but food was tasty. This hotel doesn't have pools, private beach, nothing. I don't understand for what people are paying 200€ per night. Definitely i would not recommend this place to anyone.
