New, modern and stylish hotel. Equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Located right on the beach.

Built: 2013

Location: on the seafront of the resort of Rafailovici, 24 km from the airport of Tivat, 2 km from bečići and 5 km from the centre of the old town of Budva.

Consists of one 4-storey building.

The hotel has 15 rooms and 6 suites.

Beach: public sandy-pebble beach 10 metres away (1st coastal line). Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee. The beach is 2.5 km away.

Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club.

Pets are not allowed.

On the hotel territory: restaurant, bar, Elevator, Laundry service, car rental, safety Deposit box, mini market

Hotel advertises a parking garage on booking.com listing but, in fact, has no parking. The only option is a 150m walk uphill to a public parking lot. Since they clearly fraudulently misrepresent their parking, I will see during this stay what else they misrepresent.
Written in frustration having just arrived, having booked the hotel for the parking claimed!

Blonde receptionist was very rude! She was very happy that I lost the room ,even if I said to the previous person that I will be back to confirm and for my understanding they knew that I am going to reserve the room.
I come back and she was laughing and said that they don’t have my room and basically starting to talk and laugh at me because I lost the room. I said to her that her jokes are funny and left!
Shame on her and shame on the person who hired her!!!

Lovely hotel overall. The rooms were clean and room service came in everyday. The hotel is so close to the beach you only need to walk 50m to get to the water. Staff was friendly and accomodating; made my birthday feel special. It's close to other restaurants and a 15 mins drive from the Old Town.

The rooms are quite small and the bathrooms have not been well maintained which have signs of mold.

The restaurant food was average.

This hotel has a very good view and almost everything you need surrounding it. We had the best host(Slađa ) she made our stay really seamless and very much enjoyable. She’s very professional and hospitable. The hotel has the best view especially the rooms with the beach front view. If I visit Montenegro again I’ll definitely stay here. Lots of local shops like supermarkets and street food vendors close by. Very accessible too.

This hotel was such a great place to land and enjoy the beginning of our vacation. The room had a beautiful view of the sea. The room was spacious. The shower was great. The restaurant was great! The staff in hotel and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with a private beach. It was a long walk to downtown Budva, but we enjoyed the walk and enjoyed not being in the busy center.
We loved it so much, we booked the last 3 nights at the Aleksandar Hotel.

Cute boutique hotel right in front of the sea. The views were amazing. Beds super comfy. Lunch was great. The breakfast was tasty and generous, but what made the difference was the staff at the reception, restaurant; beach, security. They made us feel at home with friends. Especially Milena and Marija at the reception. Will definitely come back. Just a couple of constructive criticism for management: the carpets should be replaced as they seem really worn down, some furniture could be replaced and I could have used a coffee machine in the room :). Besides this details my experience was 100% great! Recommend it!

Don't dare come here with a car. There are two parking spots for the entire hotel, and zero available (even paid) within at least 10 minute walk. For a relatively expensive hotel, this needs to be addressed/resolved.

Views are great, staff is helpful.
