Hotel Swiss Holiday in Budva

It definitely isn't a 4 star hotel! They didn’t clean the room till we asked for, the bed linen it definitely isn't was not always clean or ironed. The breakfast was poor. It’s about 500m from the beach.

The hotel is rated 4 stars which shouldn't in this universe. It is a decent 2 stars - almost 3 stars. Breakfast is ok, rooms are clean. What is not so positive is the fact that they advertise as being only 3 km away from center Budva, when in reality there are 6 km. This and the fact that when we arrived we were "checked-in" by someone at the bar. Only after 4 days did the manager/owner show up and only to charge the credit card. No hello, no welcome, no introduction, just l : we have problem and you need to pay by contact less because online did not work for us. Makes you feel like you are there only to pay them for the privilege to stay in their 2 star establishment. And also factor in the price, which is not cheap: 357 euros for 3 days.

The hotel does not deserve 4 stars, towels are not changed every day, the toilet is not cleaned as well as the room, we were left without toilet paper twice in 12 days. We changed the bedding only after we requested it.
The staff is friendly, the food is great, the buffet, the breakfast is always the same and varied so it can always be combined. Apart from breakfast, you cannot eat anything else at the hotel. General impression - I do not recommend.
