I had read some reviews about this accommodation and wasn’t sure if it should come or not. But tbh it is really worth it! The staff are very welcoming, the room was pretty clean and the breakfast also good. The location is great close to the beach and old town - about 15-min walk and on the way, you can enjoy the view of the city and many restaurants.
People need to understand that you can’t expect a 5-star hotel if you don’t want to pay a 5-star price. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent villa! Quiet, cozy location, friendly cleaning lady, and administrator Igor, who speaks excellent English. There were some cutlery missing in the room.

A very pleasant hotel! It's a 10-minute walk to the old town and the beach. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We stayed for two days, and there were several types of eggs, sausage, ham, hot dogs, various cheeses, and vegetables. You can't try everything at once, so you can try something new every day and have variety. We were checked in early, somewhere around 11:30-11:00, which was very nice. Parking is nearby, which is very convenient since there really isn't anywhere else to park. The room was clean, the sheets and towels were white, and the bed was comfortable. There was a kettle. The bathroom fixtures were new and there were no odors. We would happily return to this hotel!

Fantastic stay, comfy bed, lovely architecture and design. Clean room and hotel overall. Igor, the owner, is nice and helpful 🙌 Breakfast is good and the dining areas are very cosy.
Definitely coming back to Montenegro and this hotel is one of the 2 I most likely will come back to.

P.s: I would like to address a comment I saw (by Dulhan Mirosh) who thinks the opposite of what I feel about the aesthetics and comfort, but also mentioned price. I don’t know how many people and what kind of room he had, but the bedroom for 2 with a balcony is really spacious, and cost us 67€/night, which I think is a rather good price for what we are given. Would have been perfect if parking was included but you can always find a spot nearby and parking is relatively hassle free in the country so not a problem!

It's about a ten-minute walk between the beach and the bus station. If you're not going swimming, I'd recommend it. The owner even gives you free beer, which is very friendly! It's less than a ten-minute walk to the starting point for the bus to St. Stephen's.

Wonderful family owned and operated hotel. Igor (the owner) and his family welcomed me like family and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Villa Ljubanović. Hotel is very clean and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Will be staying here again next time I am in Budva!

The apartment itself was not that great — it felt more like a regular apartment converted into an Airbnb. However, the receptionist was very kind, friendly, and helpful. They provided everything I asked for without any hesitation, which I really appreciated. Finding the accommodation was a bit tricky, even with the instructions provided. Overall, mixed experience but great service from the staff
