I really enjoyed my stay there, but firstly I want to start with some disadvantages. The greatest problem was absence of non smoking space in the restaurant. If you want to eat outdoor with sea view, you will smell cigarettes smoke everytime. It's also pity, that the hotel gym is very tiny and badly equiped. It may be a good idea to build an outdoor calisthenics gym. That's all for negatives. Our room...

It is great for kids, full stop. Otherwise it is a bit too busy and not much to do after you have had your share of swimming and eaten all your meals. Meals are basic but plenty! Staff is everywhere and really handling everything great. Water in the shower was salty which is not hotel's fault. All in all I would not come back for myself, maybe for kids to have fun in the swimming pools.

After check-out, you can leave your luggage and stay on the territory, swim.

Lovely hotel. Close enough to walk to the old town, it is on the lovely promenade with lots of restaurants and they also have loungers on the beach. The pool was lovely and when I went was pretty quiet. As a vegetarian I found breakfast limiting. I also felt the cleaners were making my bed but in the 5 days I stayed, the bedsheets were not replaced and they did not clean the bathroom each day.

The location is not bad. The rooms are of course a little tired, smelled damp. The breakfasts were not bad at all, buffet and they give you almost everything you might like. The only minus was a HUGE one - paid parking, which as it turned out was paid upon check-out... Well, no other hotel charged for this and here was an unpleasant surprise, I won't say that it spoiled all the time spent here, but...

High class hotel with great staff and facilities. I didn't use 1/2 of them, but they were there if needed. My room was very well kitted out and even had some free fruit. It's about a ten-minute walk between the beach and the bus station. If you're not going swimming, I'd recommend it. The owner even gives you free beer, which is very friendly! It's less than a ten-minute walk to the starting point for the bus to St. Stephen's.

This hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening. The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom.

Enchanting place overlooking a very picturesque bay, and in the middle of nature. The view from the hotel is very suggestive a very high rating and a little advice (in the bathroom the shampoo and shower gel packages are too cheap for the elegance of the structure) we recommend anonymous or single-dose dispensers.

The rooms are smaller than shown in the pictures also the wifi only works on the first floor, we didn't get it in our room,we bought a local sim card to get internet. Every morning we were woken up by a cleaning lady who is annoyingly knocking on the door, you need a 'do not disturb' sign as is usually the case in hotels.

The hotel and the little alleys and squares were decorated with Christmas lights, making the area feel like a fairytale scene. The rooms are spacy and very clean. The service at front dest is very helpful, however, at the breakfast not so much. We came around 30 minutes before closing, and all warm food was cold. The hotel location is not perfect, but it is also very convenient to get to and from town within several minutes. Parking is freely available at the property. I would certainly return.

I stayed here as part of a tour. My single room was quite small (uni room memories) and bathroom tiny. I did have a good nights sleep though! As a lot of hotel in my Balkans trip kettles in a room don’t seem to be the norm… Breakfast wasn’t self-service- I was given a bread bowl and condiments, and an omelet. Good coffee!

It was a nice quiet hotel under a Turkish management. Good breakfast Staff is righteous. They returned my bag which was left behind when I changed rooms. I had bundle of money in it credit cards and passports. Only thing missing there is an elevator and a safe.

The rooms are pretty old and small. The air conditioner didn't work so we had to sleep with open windows which was super noisy.

You will always find this place friendly and relaxing. You can hang at the deck bar with a fresh made coffee, with a beautiful and unique sea view experience. I love to walk from hotel villa to another, the landscape is huge and there are so many gardens with fresh bloomed flowers. The pool area offers a cozy lounge area. Convenient location next to the bus station, but far from the sea. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. The room is very small, cramped. No balcony. The window is only in the bathroom. I would especially like to note the delicious and varied breakfast.

The location is great: downtown. Breakfast is without praise: the portion is large and very tasty. Cleanliness in the room. Fast internet. One TV channel in Russian. Full triple room. The bathroom sink is tilted. Water if you do not have time to remove it from the edge of the sink, drained to the floor or into the trash can.

Was only in the bar at the hotel. Cook very fast and delicious. Bring even faster beer, served in a chilled glass pair, that is not all beer restaurants. Very happy
