I really enjoyed my stay there, but firstly I want to start with some disadvantages. The greatest problem was absence of non smoking space in the restaurant. If you want to eat outdoor with sea view, you will smell cigarettes smoke everytime. It's also pity, that the hotel gym is very tiny and badly equiped. It may be a good idea to build an outdoor calisthenics gym. That's all for negatives. Our room...

It is great for kids, full stop. Otherwise it is a bit too busy and not much to do after you have had your share of swimming and eaten all your meals. Meals are basic but plenty! Staff is everywhere and really handling everything great. Water in the shower was salty which is not hotel's fault. All in all I would not come back for myself, maybe for kids to have fun in the swimming pools.

Great hotel! Definitely recommend. Everything is very presentable and convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant with a sea view. Various delicious dishes. There is a wellness room with massage, shower, jacuzzi. Nice, clean pool. Private beach, sun loungers. The hotel staff does their job well, everyone is very polite. After check-out, you can leave your luggage and stay on the territory, swim.

Once marvelous complex,built approximately 40 years ago,still standing proud even though no investment or refurbishment has been done since it was built. Grandioso brutalist architecture is somewhat a reminder of the former glory and wealth of the 80s socialist Yugoslavia. I had room on the 7th floor with beautiful views of the bay.Yes room is a bit dated but at 50 euro per night in the high season...

Marvelous! It's not enough to say the food is delicious, it's fan-tas-tic! They even prepare wonderful vegetarian and vegan meals. The staff is so willing to please. I haven't tried the massages and therapies, but, considering their tradition, they must be the same quality as the food. Go there to enjoy!

Convenient location next to the bus station, but far from the sea. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. The room is very small, cramped. No balcony. The window is only in the bathroom. I would especially like to note the delicious and varied breakfast.

The location is great: downtown. Breakfast is without praise: the portion is large and very tasty. Cleanliness in the room. Fast internet. One TV channel in Russian. Full triple room. The bathroom sink is tilted. Water if you do not have time to remove it from the edge of the sink, drained to the floor or into the trash can.

Was only in the bar at the hotel. Cook very fast and delicious. Bring even faster beer, served in a chilled glass pair, that is not all beer restaurants. Very happy

Went for lunch. Ordered three dishes for two. The waiter suggested that fish dish is better to take one for two. The Board was welcome as we ate too much!! Delicious. The total score is 16 euros. The only negative - long prepared the order.

5 minutes to the beach and also to the center of the Bar. The room that we have stayed was okay but could be a bit cleaner. Still for couple of nights can be chosen. Since we just use the place to sleep, it was good for us. There is air conditioner and refrigirator. Parking is easy and the owner of the place is very kind.

These are no real Appartments. These are more likely bigger Hotelrooms with cooking opportunity. But as such ok for the price. All clean with nice terrace. WIFI very good. Parking ok, but might be a bit tight during summer, as everywhere here. Two functioning, but one usable wall-plug in the room. Better bring distribution-cable. Make sure, you register within 24h after arriving in Montenegro.

Hotel rooms need immediate renovation. Hotel is far away from Budva and there is no public transportation. You have to take a taxi or rent a car. Breakfast is not bad but not very good , it could be much better.

We stayed here 14-21 May and found the hotel exactly as expected room was nice and large , everything worked maid service every day, breakfast was everything you could want. The location and view were absolutely beautiful, and the receptionist was very kind and supportive throughout our stay. It's about a ten-minute walk between the beach and the bus station. If you're not going swimming, I'd recommend it. The owner even gives you free beer, which is very friendly! It's less than a ten-minute walk to the starting point for the bus to St. Stephen's.

Agape Hotel Rose is simply perfect. The view of Boka Zaliv is breathtaking, and the swimming pool with that view is unbeatable – the ideal spot to relax. Being just a few steps from the beach made our stay even better. Marko and his team were amazing – friendly, helpful, and always there when we needed anything. This hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening. The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom.

Enchanting place overlooking a very picturesque bay, and in the middle of nature. The view from the hotel is very suggestive a very high rating and a little advice (in the bathroom the shampoo and shower gel packages are too cheap for the elegance of the structure) we recommend anonymous or single-dose dispensers.

Well, this hotel deserves 10 out of 5.. It's just something. Although located a bit far from cities but who needs it whenever you have such stunning views. No TV in the room but.. VIEWS! The rooms are smaller than shown in the pictures also the wifi only works on the first floor, we didn't get it in our room,we bought a local sim card to get internet. Every morning we were woken up by a cleaning lady who is annoyingly knocking on the door, you need a 'do not disturb' sign as is usually the case in hotels.

The rooms are spacy and very clean. The service at front dest is very helpful, however, at the breakfast not so much. We came around 30 minutes before closing, and all warm food was cold. The hotel location is not perfect, but it is also very convenient to get to and from town within several minutes. Parking is freely available at the property. I would certainly return.

I stayed here as part of a tour. My single room was quite small (uni room memories) and bathroom tiny. I did have a good nights sleep though! As a lot of hotel in my Balkans trip kettles in a room don’t seem to be the norm… Breakfast wasn’t self-service- I was given a bread bowl and condiments, and an omelet. Good coffee!
