hello, the translator is writing! me and my family have really enjoyed this stay, and i would absolutely recommend coming here if you want some friendly people around, good view form your hotel room and some fresh and delicious breakfast. the beach is clean and nice, just a two-minute walk, some restaurants around if you what great lunch but don't want to cook. my little brother even got the name of being the face of Aria 2025 - and i tell you, it's a big thing! i will be waiting to go back next time when the weather is warm and sunny again to enjoy the sunshine and beautiful people around.

We had an excellent stay at Guest House Aria and are beyond satisfied with the entire experience. The property is located away from the busy city center, which provides a peaceful atmosphere, yet it has a great location with quick access to the seaside promenade. From there, it's an easy walk to both the city center and the old town. The nearby beach offers both a well-arranged area with restaurants and sunbeds, as well as a free public section.

One of the absolute highlights was the incredible hospitality of the hosts – they made us feel very welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning with a great selection of food.

All in all, it was a wonderful experience that we would gladly repeat!

After accomadating both Kotor and Budva I can definitely say this hotel deserves 5 stars with Sasha and Alexander's kindness and intimacy .Last week I went hotel earlier but they were so helpful to me .The breakfast was quite good and fulfilling.The location is so close to beaches .Clean rooms .Everything was awesome Enjoyed a lot 💯

Great experience,great hotel,amazing host, perfect example of owner who goes "extra mile" in customer service.
Good breakfast every morning to keep you full for day on beach which is 5 min walk from hotel.
Clean modern rooms with good tv channels and speed wifi.
Will definitely come back again!

We stayed here one night. It was easy to find - set in this small town next to the water. The staff was helpful and professional. I must admit this was my first time in Montenegro and didn't know what to expect. But everything worked out fine and we had a great time. The rooms were nice and comfortable.

The hotel is a familiar hotel and the family is amazing. All of them are very kind people and we received a great reception from them. The location of the hotel is also good, even though is not located next to the beach you can walk for 3 min to reach the best beach of the town. The rooms are great and the cleanes amazing.

Our first time at this property went swimmingly! We booked the room with the sea side view and the room was wonderful, clean, modern looking with everything we needed was already there. The family which manages the property were most professional and hearty, welcoming us with warmth as if we were long life friends, and the positive attitude didn’t stop there! Breakfast was cleverly put together to provide for every diet and in ample supply each morning. The restaurant was a pleasure to sit in and eat as well, clean and beautiful. Rooms were cleaned as we were eating so each day rooms were clean straight in the morning without us seeing the cleaning lady, extremely professional! Beach is 150m from the property, 3 min walk, which is also a walk site which leads to old town and center of Herceg Novi, also the bus stop for Trend Travel(agency which offers mini-van excursions) is across the entrance so the location is perfect!

Highest recommendation from us for anyone looking to stay in Herceg Novi, the family will make you fall in love with Montenegro and it’a people!

Stayed here for 1 week and had a really good time. There is 7 km of boardwalk right in front with beautiful scenery. Lots of restaurants and cafes around with the beautiful Lazure Marina nearby.

The hotel itself has really friendly staff. We got the room facing the water and it was so nice. A pretty swimming pool as well. Would definitely come back here.

Look nowhere else to stay! The service is incredibly kind, the rooms are absolutely clean, the sauna is as hot as it can be, and the breakfast buffet is delicious

Location is also very convenient with a private beach

Great little place. Hotel staff were so kind and friendly. Very relaxing place and not crowded. Got a bus here from dubrovnick. Hotel has own car and driver to drop back to Dubrovnick airport.

Excellent 4-star hotel on the coast of Herceg Novi. The property is modern and very clean, with great food at the restaurant and a breakfast offering a wide variety of options.
The beach, a concrete platform by the sea, is well organized and the water is crystal clear – perfect for a refreshing swim.
I was very satisfied with my stay.
Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center or more crowded destinations.

Discrimination and dishonest behavior toward non-local guests!

We stayed at this hotel as paying guests with a half-board package. During our stay, we noticed consistent discrimination between local-speaking guests and foreigners.

Waiters ignored us completely while over-serving those who spoke their native language. Our table was always missing basic items like cutlery, napkins, or condiments, which we had to ask for every day — while local guests had fully prepared tables.

On our last night, I arrived early to get a nice sea-view table for dinner. Despite being a hotel guest and planning to dine as usual, I was told I could not sit there unless I ordered from the à la carte menu — although I was already ordering drinks.

When I insisted I was a paying guest, the manager joined in and lied, claiming the table was reserved. There was no reservation sign before, but as I was speaking, a waiter silently placed one behind me.

This was humiliating and dishonest. I left the restaurant and had dinner elsewhere.

I do not recommend this hotel to non-local tourists who expect equal treatment and respect.

Hospitality should not be based on language or tips. Shame on this management.
