The rating system needs more than 5 stars for location. Steps away from not just a magnificent private beach but also the walls of Budva's wonderful old town. This was a really nice hotel. The location in Old Town Budva was absolutely perfect, super close to everything and the beach was gorgeous. The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! The hotel is very grand, with complete public facilities, but the facilities in the room are a bit old. If they can be upgraded, it will be more perfect. I will stay here next time. The location can’t really be beat and the view from the “sea view” rooms is worth the extra money. The hotel is also surprisingly affordable for what you are getting. Customers can only choose the ordering service provided by the hotel (one free meal per person) or check out directly. This is very inconvenient for customers who need to catch a morning flight, making them feel uncomfortable.

My stay is nothing short of amazing 😻 Nice scenery for breathtaking photos. Pool side 10/10. The beach view is so aesthetically appealing. Had a spa session as well and it was a nice feeling.

I’d give this a 5 star solely because it met all my expectations. Rooms are so clean and tidy, has the right beach view and awesome staffs that are ready to help on call. Special one is director Melisa. We will be back here next year again:

Sometimes when You are lucky, You came across places and people that make You feel like You belong there. Rivijera has all You need for perfect vacation. Quit and peaceful shade(pine forest) with pools for families with young children. Food and service are great. Beach and water are beyond any expectation. All in all we are super satisfied.

I had a family vacation in August 2024 at the Rivijera hotel in Petrovac on the sea. Stunning hotel location: 2 minutes from the promenade and the beach. VERY Quiet from all sides, no TRAFFIC DISTURBANCE!!!! Green area, a lot of shade , a swimming pool, around it there are sun loungers and parasols. The room was cozy, with a balcony. Meals - buffet. . Everything is delicious! Incredible friendly staff...

Lovely people always willing to help you every worker here is kind.me personally I will say is a 10/10 Mellisa (the wife of the owner) is such a lovely woman. I like the fact that you get to eat breakfast and dinner, our room was upgraded which was nice, the location is perfect for people that likes peace and quiet. I will like them to improve in the cleaning of the room they only came once throughout our 4 night stay. Over all the hotel is worth staying.

Great hotel with beautiful view and peaceful atmosphere. Very nice and clean swimming pools outside. Food was very delicious and during dinner time we had live music outside. Crew is very pleasant and kind. We really liked this place and booked one more day. I see some reviews about rooms, maybe there are some little spots on carpet and there is no switch on wall, but believe me, that is not important...

Great location! Minutes from the Adriatic and Old Town. Our room was massive with a huge balcony, two bathrooms, heated floors in the ensuite.

Location in the centre of Budva , three minute walk to the beach , all restaurants and everything around it , hotel very clean , staff very friendly , breakfast excellent . for sure I'll be recommending this hotel to my friends and family .

We stayed at the penthouse with two bedrooms, kitchen and sitting room. There is balcony around all the room so you have full view of the city, the sea and the mountains. There is also a jacuzzi for two people in the balcony. They provide bathroom robes and slippers. Unfortunately they provide generic toiletries so you may want to bring your own. I had a wonderful stay at TQ Plaza Hotel. It’s right in the city center, which makes everything so convenient. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Special thanks to the receptionists Angelika and Dragana — they are so cute, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. 💕 I truly felt at home here!

It's a great hotel in a central location

Beautiful room with stunning sea view. The hotel is lovely - new, clean, good small spa and breakfast buffet very good. BUT, the balcony was rarely usable due to the building works on all around the hotel all day and by next year the view will be much reduced. Such a shame.

Absolutely perfect attentative staff. Friendly, beautiful beach. Nothing is too much. I have been laid up with flu (caught on aeroplane) even though, the vacation was not ruined, room service at a charge of 5euro. With the beautiful views, it was not a wasted vacation. Highly recommend this hotel and uts staff.

We stayed 15-22 September 2025. Great relaxing beach holiday. I would recommend room 202. Only one room to the left no one to the right so quiet, lovely balcony, you do overlook the car park but so what. We paid for a premium sea view room, definitely worth it; more room, higher spec, huge bed and extremely comfortable. Powerful shower. Air con, safe, plenty of storage. Noise minimal sleep very good...

Fantastic stay at Hotel Katamare! The accommodation was spotless and comfy, the breakfast buffet was huge and delicious with great variety, and the Budva location couldn’t be better. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the spa was pristine, relaxing, and such a treat. Amazing facility and beach access, next to Budva, without the fuss of Budva.
