If I could I will give 6******, it is a experience I had never before in Montenegro. The Room was so detailed calm and silent. Little view to sea was enough and in the evening with the Lighthouse you feel connected to the sea. Room 346 🫶🏼

The Spa - unbelievable privacy and not overcrowded , super kindly friendly team. We visits the Sound Floating …you need to have this amazing experience.

Breakfast - OMG I am a lover of breakfast…. 100% perfect

At all we will come again because my soul deserve this new energy of hospitality ❣️

Beautiful interiors, spacious modern bedroom, delicious breakfast, excellent facilities (gym, spa, pool table) and friendly staff. We had use of the facilities almost to ourselves and a complimentary room upgrade with views of the marina which was very kind. The hotel itself is certainly 5 stars and we had a peaceful and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the location and atmosphere left a lot to be desired. The resort is a remote, purpose built, still under construction, soulless, ghost town. Meticulously manicured but not quite attractive, with slightly unsettling utopia vibes. We felt like we were in The Sims computer game, waving at the camera for something to do. Understandably it’s only March and out of season, but I’m not sure it would be particularly appealing in the summer either. However, it is a luxurious respite away from the chaotic traffic and endless development work going on around Montenegro. Driving here is not for the faint-hearted, but a car is essential to explore nearby attractions such as Kotor, Perast, Budva old town, or Porto Montenegro for a bit evening atmosphere. Dining in the hotel and marina is very expensive by local standards, and misses the mark for the price tag. Especially when you’re the only people in there with no atmosphere. Luckily there is a nice bakery and supermarket, both of which are reasonably priced. Overall if you want a peaceful break in pristine conditions and don’t mind being a bit isolated then this resort is ideal. But it was just not right for us and a bit too far from things to keep us busy.

The room was beautiful and elegant, with a truly spectacular view that made our stay even more special. We also loved the spa facilities, which were clean, relaxing, and a perfect place to unwind. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The meals were excellent, especially dinner. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. The dinner staff were particularly attentive and friendly, making the whole experience very pleasant. Our kids also had a fantastic time. They really enjoyed the pool and the cinema, and they felt very special thanks to the warm and thoughtful treatment they received as young guests. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily return.

Staff is very kind! We went for a drink and it was great as well as the sunset view. Inside of the hotel has very nice fruity scent and the toilet is very well equipped and arranged, so ladies can feel safe and prepared. My honest recommendation!

We choose The Chedi Luštica Bay again and I genuinely feel that rare negative reviews come from people who simply do not understand the concept of the place they are booking. This is not a destination with constant animation and endless stimulation. In winter, it is a luxurious, quiet, almost meditative space designed for a complete reset. Peace, aesthetics and discreet service are at the forefront. If you are looking for noise, nightlife, and constant activity, this is not that type of holiday. In summer, the experience shifts: there are four different beaches available, organized excursions, and sea activities, all carefully curated. Still, everything remains aligned with the same sophisticated concept The kindness and professionalism of the staff are unmatched. There is not a single department that falls below high international hospitality standards. The team is always ready to assist, organize, adapt, and accommodate even specific requests. Their professionalism is discreet and never intrusive, yet consistently present. The food is fantastic, both in quality of ingredients and presentation, fully aligned with the hotel’s category. I especially appreciate that the rooms are subtly refined year after year. Nothing is overlooked, even in the smallest details, which reflects serious management and a commitment to maintaining high standards. This is a hotel for people who value exceptional service. If you understand that concept, the experience is truly outstanding.

Amazing experience. We got a room facing the beach and fell asleep listening to the sound of the waves. It is such a peaceful and beautiful place. Staff was always nice and welcoming, spa was great, breakfast was very good.

An absolutely outstanding experience, and a masterclass in what true five-star hospitality really means.
Our stay at The Chedi has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very first moment, everything has been flawless: the atmosphere, the service, the attention to detail, and the effortless elegance that permeates every corner of the hotel. This is luxury done properly—quiet, refined, and never forced. The kind of five-star standard that has sadly become rare nowadays.
What truly sets The Chedi apart, however, is the human side of hospitality. During our stay, we faced an unexpected and urgent health-related situation that required part of our group to leave earlier than planned. The way the hotel management and reservations team handled this was exemplary: understanding, gracious, and genuinely caring. Without hesitation, they offered a thoughtful and fair solution that went far beyond what one could reasonably expect.
This level of empathy, flexibility, and class is what builds real loyalty.
Highly, highly recommended. This is hospitality at its finest.

We held my bachelorette party here, and the hotel was phenomenal!
The Spa Center is absolutely the highlight—pure luxury and relaxation. It was the perfect retreat.
Overall, the service was excellent, and the staff made everything so easy. Highly recommend for a fantastic stay and an unforgettable spa day!

Location & Arrival The Chedi is situated in Luštica Bay, an area that’s still developing and somewhat sparse. On arrival, there’s an unmistakable sense of being in a construction zone — new buildings, unfinished surroundings, and a faint air of ‘still in development’ that comes with freshly built resorts. Poor signage to the hotel( we reached the hotel via three different routes over the two days we were there. Once you pass the “Residents Only” signage and drive down toward the main entrance, however, things improve noticeably. The concierge area features high ceilings, a stylish interior, and impressive views of the yachts moored in the bay with the mountains rising behind them. Room (4115 – Grand Deluxe, Fourth Floor) Our room was well designed, with quality finishes, a comfortable double bed, and an overall refined aesthetic. There was a small, enclosed outdoor terrace with a partial view of the yacht bay, though the building opposite obstructed much of it. Storage was limited — more hangers would be helpful. The bathroom design was problematic: the frosted glass only extends halfway up, leaving the upper section clear at eye level. This severely limits privacy, especially when sharing with someone who isn’t a partner. The thin linen curtain meant to provide extra cover is ineffective, particularly when using the shower or toilet. The toiletries (Aqua Palma yellow ) were of good quality but mostly wall-mounted. The heated bathroom floor, while luxurious, made the room overly warm and dry at night. Noise insulation could also be improved — we could hear both corridor activity and outside conversations or cars passing by. Outdoor Pool The infinity pool offers a beautiful view of the bay, though the sun disappears behind the hills earlier than expected, so it’s not ideal for watching sunsets. For the longest afternoon sun, choose loungers on the left-hand side facing the view. The pool itself is unheated and about 15 meters long. Wi-Fi Wi-Fi was generally adequate but patchy around the beach area. Restaurants & Bars The hotel features several dining options, including a recently opened Japanese restaurant, the breakfast bistro (closed in the evenings), and the Rok Bar by the beach. Unfortunately, service at Rok Bar was poor. Staff promised to take orders at our loungers but never came, so we had to go up ourselves. The feta pita bread was disappointing, and the Pinot Grigio was mediocre and overpriced — €60 for two glasses and a sandwich. Breakfast The breakfast buffet and à la carte options were underwhelming for a hotel of this calibre. Scrambled eggs, salmon Benedict, and French toast were all below average. Pastries were dry (seemingly a day old), fruit unripe, and grapefruit juice inconsistent — noticeably worse on the second day. Coffee was weak, though a flat white could be requested. Prosecco was available. Service was polite but reactive rather than proactive. Spa & Gym There’s no separate spa entrance — guests must walk t
