Location & Arrival The Chedi is situated in Luštica Bay, an area that’s still developing and somewhat sparse. On arrival, there’s an unmistakable sense of being in a construction zone — new buildings, unfinished surroundings, and a faint air of ‘still in development’ that comes with freshly built resorts. Poor signage to the hotel( we reached the hotel via three different routes over the two days we were there. Once you pass the “Residents Only” signage and drive down toward the main entrance, however, things improve noticeably. The concierge area features high ceilings, a stylish interior, and impressive views of the yachts moored in the bay with the mountains rising behind them. Room (4115 – Grand Deluxe, Fourth Floor) Our room was well designed, with quality finishes, a comfortable double bed, and an overall refined aesthetic. There was a small, enclosed outdoor terrace with a partial view of the yacht bay, though the building opposite obstructed much of it. Storage was limited — more hangers would be helpful. The bathroom design was problematic: the frosted glass only extends halfway up, leaving the upper section clear at eye level. This severely limits privacy, especially when sharing with someone who isn’t a partner. The thin linen curtain meant to provide extra cover is ineffective, particularly when using the shower or toilet. The toiletries (Aqua Palma yellow ) were of good quality but mostly wall-mounted. The heated bathroom floor, while luxurious, made the room overly warm and dry at night. Noise insulation could also be improved — we could hear both corridor activity and outside conversations or cars passing by. Outdoor Pool The infinity pool offers a beautiful view of the bay, though the sun disappears behind the hills earlier than expected, so it’s not ideal for watching sunsets. For the longest afternoon sun, choose loungers on the left-hand side facing the view. The pool itself is unheated and about 15 meters long. Wi-Fi Wi-Fi was generally adequate but patchy around the beach area. Restaurants & Bars The hotel features several dining options, including a recently opened Japanese restaurant, the breakfast bistro (closed in the evenings), and the Rok Bar by the beach. Unfortunately, service at Rok Bar was poor. Staff promised to take orders at our loungers but never came, so we had to go up ourselves. The feta pita bread was disappointing, and the Pinot Grigio was mediocre and overpriced — €60 for two glasses and a sandwich. Breakfast The breakfast buffet and à la carte options were underwhelming for a hotel of this calibre. Scrambled eggs, salmon Benedict, and French toast were all below average. Pastries were dry (seemingly a day old), fruit unripe, and grapefruit juice inconsistent — noticeably worse on the second day. Coffee was weak, though a flat white could be requested. Prosecco was available. Service was polite but reactive rather than proactive. Spa & Gym There’s no separate spa entrance — guests must walk t

Good ambience for relaxation.

This is our second time staying here. I wrote about the amenities earlier. In addition, there is a games room with billiards, table tennis, darts, mini-football, Play Station 5….. This time we were lucky with the weather. The beach was already open. Everything is at a high level. It would be nice if the restaurant had at least some kind of dress code.

Modern, chic hotel, built recently, interesting layout, cozy rooms, the rooms have a kitchen area, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, appropriate dishes, tea, coffee sugar, fruits. Each room has a balcony or loggia, towels (for the room and for the pool) are changed every day. Clean and pleasant smell. The service staff is very friendly and always ready to help, a good tasty restaurant!)

A luxurious hotel, magnificent rooms, exceptional service, cozy spa. The restaurant menu is small, prices are quite high - logical. We were very pleased. Evleeva should have come here with a gold card.

Excellent five, high service, uncomfortable conditions

This was our first time at a 5 star hotel and we could certainly tell that this hotel is a step up from the rest. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed in and this continued throughout our stay.
Every single member of staff was friendly, kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. A big shout out to Mirella (not 100% sure if this is correct). She was the head waitress in the Spot every night and she was just a lovely, friendly lady who made you feel so welcome and would help with any questions/queries. So thank you!
As with the room, we had a beautiful room which overlooked the marina and the beach, it was really special. Lovely gifts were delivered every night which we always looked forward to seeing after our dinner.
Breakfast was exceptional and I have never had a nicer breakfast waffle and the homemade Nutella was amazing! Such a huge selection on offer, we left feeling very very full everyday.
We had dinner at the spot most nights which was lovely and the service was always exceptional. We also had one night in the Asian restaurant and this was also very good.
From the pool with very comfy sun beds to the beach with great facilities, we had a lovely relaxing break in the sun.
Thank you for having us, we came back feeling very relaxed.

I recently organised a sustainability event and stayed at the Chedi Lustica Bay.
I already knew from pre-event planning how supportive they are for business; what I didn't expect was what a lovely welcome, room, and sustainable stay it was.
Working in travel, I've arrived at many hotels at all times of day, and I have to say this was one of the warmest, ever - topped off by & despite the fact it was at midnight (thank you Radi). I suspect it makes no difference to them what time it is, they are there for you the same, and the foyer felt cozy, relaxed, chic, inviting and not soul-less or empty, like most at that time!
The room was really spacious, bright and sunny by day, with a huge bed, everything you could want and need, really nicely decorated and so well designed I really couldn't think how to improve it - the perfect hotel room?! Plus for me as a sustainability-focused professional, I really appreciated the ability to turn down unnecessary next-day cleaning and laundry, and choose instead a cocktail, credit for a class, or even a gif, all done digitally from bed, and the messaging even in drawers! They also go an extra mile supporting local community initiatives like the Red Cross.
I would also add, a room above mine left water on and caused a flood - I was out, there was no impact on any of my things but the staff called me, and not only wanted me to change rooms, but moved all my belongings to *exactly* where they were in the new room, even down to the order of my clothes hanging in the wardrobe ready for when I arrived back. Extraordinary attention to detail.
As for working with the venue team - thank you to Bruna, Milica, Anthony & staff who really were extremely supportive, helpful and lightened our load. All Chedi staff were extremely accommodating when we needed tech help, more flexibility with timings or meals, and room use, and the food was delicious. We couldn't ask for more and hope we can work together again and bring back more people to this fabulous venue!
My only downside? That I didn't have more time to enjoy walks, bike ride and chill. It would be a lovely place to just hang out for a long weekend taking time off and enjoying the facilities.

Great hotel by the sea with a beautiful interior, especially the lobby and pool. The hotel offers a private beach with a beach bar right next to it. The hotel restaurant serves very tasty breakfast meals. A few small nuisances are that the billiard table is broken on the edge and darts are nowhere to be found for the dart game. If they heated the outside pool a bit it would be much better as it would prolong the pool usage in autumn. The spa is nice but it would be nice to have a jacuzzi there, or waterfalls on the pool. The staff is very friendly and always at your service. Great team work.
