Wonderful hotel with spacious, spotless rooms.
The rooms are large, beautifully maintained, and very clean. The spa is excellent -- plenty of saunas, sunbeds, and relaxation areas. And the breakfast is simply fantastic: an ogromous variety of dishes, desserts, and fruits -- everything fresh, delicious, and high quality.
We stayed off-season, which was a big plus as there were hardly any people.
The only downside was the attitude of the spa staff -- they felt rather unhelpful, almost as if our presence disturbed them

It's definitely worth coming anytime of the year. Spa and breakfast areas are the best. Very clean and well cared. Before coming I asked for a quiet room with a good sea view so I was given a complimentary room upgrade and it was just amazing. The 5 star hotel for real in the best place on earth.

The breakfast selection is varied.
However, the level of hospitality and organization of the hotel services is appalling.
Upon check-in, we informed the receptionist that we had two reservations, one for two days and one for one day. He said no problem, he'd book us for three days at once and charged us for the entire stay.
However, when we arrived at our room on the third day, access was blocked, and we had to go to reception to restore our cards. While we were out, a hotel employee apparently started cleaning the room and mixed up our belongings. Furthermore, some personal items went missing. It later turned out the cleaning lady had thrown them in the trash, thinking the room had already been vacated. (After complaints from the management, they were returned from the trash.)
The room was never cleaned.
The room service also leaves much to be desired:
I ordered room service through an online app, but it wasn't delivered, even after an hour and a half wait.
The rooms also have worn-out plumbing, and the showers lack insulation.

This hotel is falsely advertised as a 5-star property. In reality, it feels like an outdated 2–3 star hotel from the Yugoslav era. Facilities are old, poorly maintained, and many things do not work.
The prices are outrageously high for such low quality. I got food poisoning after eating a burger, spent the entire night vomiting, and had to go to the hospital. This alone is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming 5-star luxury.
Breakfast was poor, the staff unprofessional and arrogant. The indoor pool water was cold, and the loungers next to the indoor pool were unusable due to strong cold drafts from the windows — sitting there wet was extremely uncomfortable.
Rooms were in bad condition, with broken items and very uncomfortable beds. I am extremely disappointed and would strongly advise everyone to AVOID this hotel.

A brilliant hotel, if a little pricey at bars/ restaurants by Montenegro standards.
The free valet parking is efficient, the staff were great and the spa is a welcome bonus to have with hotel, casino is a little strange but overall a 3 night stay, we have top floor sea view - really good.
Breakfast is okay - if you’re British though there is limited options for what would be our usual stuff, but then again we are in Montenegro!

A very beautiful and comfortable hotel, beautiful grounds, live music, comfortable rooms, and a first line. It's worth the money... of course, I wanted a discount. But that's another story.

Our experience was incredible. The room was spotlessly clean. The size of the room was big and view of the ocean was amazing. This hotel have 5 pools, 2 of which are open all around fhe year and are heated. Excellent food options, gym, spa - its a full service resort, providing valet service around the clock too.
