Villas in Herceg Novi

Had a wonderful long weekend at Villa Stari Miln in October. The views from the villa are stunning, the perfect place to soak up some sunshine with a glass of local Rosé from Savina vineyard just across the water - definitely worth a visit! Thank you Stari Miln team! X

This was my 2nd time staying at Villa Stari Mlin and I couldn’t recommend it enough! The house is gorgeous and pristine, with the most gorgeous views. The hosts were so accommodating and helpful, and made the experience all the more special.

Our October holiday to Lustica Peninsula was superb. First time to Montenegro. The Villa Stari Mlin was delightful, full of character with beautiful interiors along with the stunning exterior. Views are truly magnificent. Thank you for the wonderful holiday.

We had a small wedding at the Villa. The setting and weather were perfect and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. There are great views from the verandah and by the pool over Lustica Bay.

We had an amazing stay at Villa stari. The house was incredible with fantastic views over the sea, the gardens were also beautiful and well kept. Our check in and check out went very smoothly and we had great recommendations for food and activities from the host. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

We are staying in apartment of Villa del Mare in Rose. Apartment is very cozy, clean and have a lot of beautiful details. View is amazing, everyday we watched the sunset on the terrace. Superb 3 bed villa in a great location, the view across the bay is fantastic, and only a short walk to Porto Montenegro. Has everything you need. Beds are huge and comfortable, showers are great. Highly recommend.

It is a charming place, beautifully located. James was very helpful, giving us plenty of advice whenever we needed and helping to organise things. The house is perfect, especially if you enjoy cooking during your holidays and nice walks near the sea. Lovely experience!

Such a beautiful little haven. We had to work temporarily for this week abs the house was well equipped. It also had aircon which was a treat during the hot evenings. There is a church bell right adjacent which rings every half hour but it’s not excessive. The staff were SO helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our additional requests.

We had booked Villa Ruza for 4 weeks in July 2020. Due to the COVID-19 situation we were unable to go, but the owner reached out to us at a very early stage offering a full refund in case we wanted to cancel and leaving the offer open right up to our departure date. We were unable to visit Villa Ruza this year because of Covid 19 travel restrictions. However, the owner was extremely helpful when we first booked, and very understanding when we had to cancel. We’re looking forward to booking again, and staying when restrictions are lifted.

Beautiful experience to be up in the hill with nobody around you , just you and your peace . The nature and the views are unbelievable. The hosts are also great and they do a very good job cleaning the place and helping you out if you need anything . Overall i would recommend this place to everybody .

The villa was beautiful even more beautiful than in the photos, surrounded by nature. Inside, the house is very well equipped with all useful utensils The hosts are wonderful people, available and ready to help. We forgot a suitcase and Vladimir helped and followed us in all the steps of the expedition. The villa was certainly an excellent choice, which we would gladly make again.

I had a super stay in the beautiful and well-kept villa Hrarbri Vuk. The host was very friendly and helped us discover the best of the region. The villa is not too far from the beautiful town of Budva, easy to do with a taxi. There is a lot to see in the region, definitely worth a visit.

There are pros and cons. The rooms need a more recent renovation, the bed linen is also not very new, small towels, the TV did not work, but we came to the sea, so we did not pay attention to these shortcomings. The owner was friendly.

Good location is the only plus. If you go there just for an overnight stay, then ok. The villa has a lot of small jambs that can be easily fixed and everything will be ok. After reading the bad reviews I was very worried about going. We rest with a child of 3 years on the 4th floor overlooking the mountains. We were six girls renting one of the villas and we had an amazing time! The villa was even more beautiful than in pictures, we felt we were living in a castle. The service was amazing as well, so helpful and nice people. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great views and nice pool. You pay for view and location. The price is too high considering. Rooms are very dated. No soap or shampoo provided. No front desk for help with questions. Towels feel like sandpaper. Ripped bedsheets. Loud, old aircon. Needs full remodel.
