Walking around the nearby parks and seeing the pink sand beaches was just perfect. It’s easily one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. Taking a cruise (or boat tour) around the Bay of Kotor was incredible

My visit to Montenegro in 2013 was amazing. The country is so beautiful, with its dramatic mountains meeting the clear blue sea. It felt like a hidden gem that was just perfect to explore

It’s famous for its therapeutic mud and the health institute, and walking along the long promenade towards Herceg Novi was one of my favorite things to do. The whole area felt very honest and welcoming

Being out on the water is the best way to see the bay. Stopping at places like Our Lady of the Rocks and seeing the old town of Kotor from the sea was a perfect experience

Great hotel. The only negative is the beach road,for children and non-sailing not convenient.

Location and resort staff were excellent. Great for all my needs in a foreign country

The location is great, conveniently positioned between the old town and the new town, and the pool area was pleasant. Our room was dated but functional

Lovely hotel, great location and range of facilities. Bedroom (14) was airy, clean and large. It did not have a sea view and was near the garbage area, so one morning garbage lorry arrived around 5

The breakfast buffet offered incredible choices and you could also order omelette, poached eggs etc. We would happily recommend to others and we would stay there again

A very charming place if you want to stay in silence, high-quality and very large rooms with powerful air conditioning and a large bathroom, comfortable mattresses, the service from the hosts is simply incredible and cozy

Sea view from the large balcony. There is a nudist beach nearby, which worried us, but it is far away and you will not see anyone. An incredible landscape opens at sunset, and the evening atmosphere here is unsurpassed

The hotel have a very nice view and has the best beach just in front of it. One thing that you have to be aware of is the street to get to the hotel, very narrow.. The best way is to come from the main road..

Rhoda prepares breakfasts with love, everything is very tasty, there is a large selection, and what is very important for me, all the products are natural, high-quality and tasty

We asked for a dish that was not listed on the menu , and even that was not a problem- it was served for us during dinner time! Service level was over the top, the waiters were so friendly and attentive that we had a feeling we were in a luxury resort

Me and my family visited hotel RR earlier today and were pleasantly surprised with great portion sizes, friendly staff and a brilliant atmosphere. situated on the Adriatic coast it’s a must visit if you’re in the area

Menu had pleanty options and was all very well priced and delicious! there were sea pedalo’s to rent! for younger children, sun beds for relaxing and catching the beautiful Montenegrin sun and easy access to the sea

Beach is in the front of hotel (200m), but we prefered to go in the center of Igalo which takes 20mins from hotel by walk. Food was okay value for money, and prices in the restaurant in hotel are affordable

I recommend bringing fly repellent spray when you come. There is no convenience store nearby where you can shop for the room, but the property's additional food and beverage price list is very affordable

We had a very nice holiday with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly hosts. The private swimming area was very nice and quiet. Club music is heard from Igalo in the evenings, but not too disturbing

Friendly staff, good view and location. Rooftop pool and bar. The room was a bit tight but had everything that you need. Great wifi. The restaurant had really good pizza!

The pool area is well-maintained, although there are no sunshades. Wellness facility is huge advantage

The room features modern touch-sensitive light switches and with the press of a button you can notify housekeeping that your room needs cleaning or indicate that you do not wish to be disturbed today

We had a fantastic experience at Hotel ACD. The rooms are clean, with daily cleaning available upon request, and quiet (despite some reviews mentioning noise, it was not an issue for us)

The service is exceptional, and the staff are both nice and helpful. The location is excellent, with the nearest beach just 100 meters away. The value for the price is outstanding

We loved everything about our stay! The ladies at the hotel were incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was really clean and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was amazing! The location is perfect, central enough that you can get everywhere walking, and also quiet enough at night to have a restful sleep

The view is worth a million, if you take a room for two with a balcony, the bay is super visible. Very nice service, a nice girl Maya is always ready to help. The room for two is cramped, there are some disadvantages

In general, depending on how you look at it, the city is very close to the sea too. There is an Italian restaurant nearby. There is a noisy street below, if it does not bother you, go

She kindly upgraded me to a side sea view room with a balcony which was fantastic and had the comfiest bed I’ve slept in for a long time. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean

The beach is really close, which for Herceg Novi is quite an achievement -- it's pretty much a city of stairs :). We had a wonderful time and we are definitely coming back!

Would also recommend taking the steps or road down to the promenade where there are restaurants and you can walk along the coastline

This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests

But breakfast- it's out of this world! I've stayed in many hotels all over the world but this breakfast was by far the best. All together, this place is amazing and we will definitely come visit again

A lovely hotel very clean and the rooftop terrace amazing! Check it out any time of day and you’ll get an amazing view. The beach access is good free sun beds and nice cafe on the water

What really made an impression is how nice people the owner and staff are, always there to help and have a nice chat with you

Location was perfect and quiet with full of space for a family.

A few points of note:- The hotel is on a busy road, making the balcony less appealing that it might be. There is a lovely rooftop pool with plenty of sun loungers - but no parasols available; there are two cabanas

Spa does not include any pools, only saunas (that are nice). There's a nice looking bar and pool on the roof but can't comment due to out of season (too cold to test :) )

The dining areas are peaceful, offering a relaxing atmosphere for meals. However, the rooftop pool most of the times is occupied by children, which makes it less enjoyable for those seeking a more tranquil experience

Lunch/dinner menu has a lot of option that originally do not include gluten but cross-contanimation can be a thing despite the staff being knowledgeable on the topic. This was not affecting my review as such

The restaurant is decent, I recommed the grilled octopus, it was really nice. Gluten is not considered as such and especially on breakfast it is an issue (in case this has an effect on your trip planning)

There was an unfriendly young man at the front desk, but on the other hand, a very welcoming lady. There's an excellent supermarket and bakery nearby. Convenient parking, if spaces are available

I loved the location which was in the main quiet, that being just what I wanted. I loved Herceg Novi and in the end abandonned attempts to drive to other towns because of traffic jams and over tourism

We got an upgrade and the room was great! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking your car can be difficult, so reserve a parking place. Beach is only 1 minute walk and was OK

The choice of food at breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful and accommodating. There were two points that were disappointing. First on the basis of their being a gym, I brought gym gear

So polite and helpful and the breakfast is excellent with something for everyone The only item to note is that the swimming pool is shallow at only 80cm deep, however this was a plus for us as our son can't swim yet but he was very comfortable and safe here

Breakfast was amazing - so much choice and plentiful, plus we could eat outside with the sea & mountains as a stunning backdrop - I’m missing it already! There were a few restaurants and cafes close by in each direction (including the marina) then more restaurants with a 25/30 minute walk into the old town

The room is really comfy and the view is priceless! Everything is really nice here, except you will have to walk on a stairs for a while because the apartment is up on the hill, just like most of the houses

Great place to stay, friendly and warm welcoming host! Good location it’s near the bus station and the Old Town

Basic There was no toilet paper, no shampoo, no soap. It was a very basic, cheap place to stay in.

Our favorite spot was the swimming pool and of course the outside bed to relax ;-) And the real breakfast this morning was so nice with fresh fruit, real pancakes, muesli …

What a lovely boutique hotel with history. Extremely personable staff and the owner’s sister was so kind and genuine. They prepared our room with a lovely bouquet of flowers, wine, and delicious desert for our honeymoon

It is directly across from the ferry operations but somehow extremely quiet, the small pool had my son entertained for hours, the staff will provide poolside service with drinks, the homemade cookies on arrival are *delightful*, the breakfast is so so good i wouid dare say skip some traditional Montenegrin food at restaurants bc this hotel has the cheese, prosciutto, pate, Ajvar… PLUS they offer...

The cook was also amazing, and we are grateful for the warmth and hospitality. My husband had called ahead to share that we were celebrating our honeymoon and asked for a surprise room decoration

Its a little bit away from the beach and main road but walk is good and taxi is cheap in the area. s Everything looks at the photo strictly the same as in real life! Miracle for the hotel business :)

From there, it's an easy walk to both the city center and the old town. The nearby beach offers both a well-arranged area with restaurants and sunbeds, as well as a free public section

The location of the hotel is also good, even though is not located next to the beach you can walk for 3 min to reach the best beach of the town. The rooms are great and the cleanes amazing

The family which manages the property were most professional and hearty, welcoming us with warmth as if we were long life friends, and the positive attitude didn’t stop there! Breakfast was cleverly put together to provide for every diet and in ample supply each morning
