Great hotel! Definitely recommend. Everything is very presentable and convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant with a sea view. Various delicious dishes. There is a wellness room with massage, shower, jacuzzi. Nice, clean pool. Private beach, sun loungers. The hotel staff does their job well, everyone is very polite. After check-out, you can leave your luggage and stay on the territory, swim.

Small family-run hotel in an excellent position with rooms and balconies overlooking the beautiful bay. Really friendly owner who served breakfast every morning. Huge breakfasts including a different home-cooked local dish every day. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean towels and room cleaned every day. It really made our stay special.

Everything was great, except for the incredibly smelly pillows — they really should be thrown out. Other than that, the place is lovely and the rooms are great. Well, the blinds did break on the first day too, to be fair.

Maksim is a great little place. Clean, nice people, well-located. A short walk to the small beach which is perfect for a little swim and then it’s easy to get to town. We had problems with air conditioning and the heater, but the person we reached took care of us. Thanks to him, we were able to solve the parking problem. The bed was very comfortable. We got an Appartment for 2 nights. It has a good location, beach, supermarkets, restaurants are all in walking distance. Unfortunately the Appartement was not very clean. Especially the kitchen and the bathroom were dirty. In the kitchen was sauce hollandaise in the cupboard, open probably for a while. Also the fridge was very dirty. Great place to stay for vacation in Montenegro. Good beach is in 250 metres. You can safety leave a car in front of hotel. Everything you need you might find in Tivat. We were in apartment 5 which has a separate bedroom and a fantastic view of the bay. Like in the palm of your hand. Of course, to have such a view you assume that the house is on a slope, but it is really on a slope, which is where goats graze under the handrail... so, either good fitness or drive in first gear and take it easy, watch out for the slats that can easily scream. Beautiful gated community, with a variety of activities available: tennis, golf, pickleball, beach volleyball, etc. Several beaches, with full service are available in the area. Simple guesthouse but very well located in front of the bay of Kotor and very close to the Old Town, there are great restaurants in front of the guesthouse! And don't forget to take the boat trip to the Blue Cave, you can take a nice swim inside! And the landscape is beautiful!

A comfortable apartment house is located in Tivat, a few minutes' walk from the beach. Tivat airport is also just a few minutes' walk away. The terrace overlooks the sea and it is special that the planes taking off in the morning and afternoon can be observed up close. Great location on the outskirts of Prčanj. Large rooms with sea views. Nice, clean pool with sun loungers. There are no sun loungers by the sea, and there are no places to rent them within walking distance. Breakfasts are good and filling, but rather repetitive. Fine for 3-4 days, but a bit tiresome after a week. Rooms are cleaned daily. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Great location, friendly staff, and a good restaurant - I had a great (but short) stay at the hotel and can definitely recommend it for people looking to be close but not in Old Town. The My only complaint was when I asked someone at the front desk to help book me a ride to the airport and they said it would be €40 - I declined and got a taxi for €23.

This hotel is very cute and located in the middle of old town. Very easy to get around. Even though it is on the main walking road, it is very quiet and we didn’t have problems sleeping. There is a terrace which has a good view of the old town, but we were told that reservation is needed. Would be great if there is more variety of breakfast options.

Located in Old Town where all the action is. There was a public car park nearby for our rental. We were so excited they had a small lift so we didn’t need to carry our luggage. The breakfast was amazing. The only downside (or not) is that the club nearby will be playing music until around 1:30am.

My friends and I went here for dinner and were blown away by the view at sunset from the rooftop patio. The most amazing musician was playing and it was incredible to see the view of the mountains with the sun going down. The food was excellent (get the burrata!) and the service was great!

The receprionist was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Breakfast quality is as expected, very clean room and easy to park.

This place was a gem we’d stay in again if we wanted old town Budva. The room and facilities were great. Wifi was fine; parking was beside the door; there is a fully staffed reception desk and they’re helpful. It feels modern and new. Breakfast was good, plenty of variety. It could have been improved by a cook for doing things like eggs and bacon to order but that was minor. We loved it.

Very nice place to stay. The owner is a very kind. The room was clean and had all we needed for the week. Distance to beach is approximately 10 minutes by walking.

New renovated, clean and nice apartments. Host were very kind and helpful. Only issue was parking. Parking inside the gates was available 5/7 days, but when more guest came, parking was sometimes not available and had to find along the road.

Very good service, very touching. The front desk manager is super nice, enthusiastic and thoughtful. I accidentally broke a cup, and he crawled under the table to clean up the broken glass.
