Great hotel! Definitely recommend. Everything is very presentable and convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant with a sea view. Various delicious dishes. There is a wellness room with massage, shower, jacuzzi. Nice, clean pool. Private beach, sun loungers. The hotel staff does their job well, everyone is very polite. After check-out, you can leave your luggage and stay on the territory, swim.

Lovely hotel, great location and range of facilities. Bedroom (14) was airy, clean and large. It did not have a sea view and was near the garbage area, so one morning garbage lorry arrived around 5.45am. The breakfast buffet offered incredible choices and you could also order omelette, poached eggs etc. We would happily recommend to others and we would stay there again.

Nice hotel, food expensive onsite

The hotel is new and elegant, and the reception is friendly. The rooms are a bit small. The rooms overlooking the sea are better than the rooms at the back, because the rooms at the back have a river or stream that needs maintenance and have a bad smell. I recommend the rooms overlooking the sea.

Second time here, but this time in a new building. Nice room, excellent soundproofing between rooms. Everything you need (water, tea, coffee capsules, slippers, robes…) is available. Once marvelous complex,built approximately 40 years ago,still standing proud even though no investment or refurbishment has been done since it was built. Grandioso brutalist architecture is somewhat a reminder of the former glory and wealth of the 80s socialist Yugoslavia. Marvelous! It's not enough to say the food is delicious, it's fan-tas-tic! They even prepare wonderful vegetarian and vegan meals. The staff is so willing to please. I haven't tried the massages and therapies, but, considering their tradition, they must be the same quality as the food. Go there to enjoy!

Pleasant hotel on the outskirts of Heceg Novi, nice clean reception and rooms with modern facilities. Only downside is that the pool and spa doesn’t open until 6pm for a couple of hours and you have to notify the hotel if you plan on using it so they can prepare it. This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests. Spent half an hour trying to find the property. Bedding was very inferior. Hard mattress. Only sheets and no bed cover. Poor pillows. No access to the sea. Air conditioning worked good. Receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Very nice place! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hosts are really friendly and welcoming. The view is just spectacular. And the private deck is amazing. Everything was great, except for the incredibly smelly pillows — they really should be thrown out. Other than that, the place is lovely and the rooms are great. Well, the blinds did break on the first day too, to be fair.

Maksim is a great little place. Clean, nice people, well-located. A short walk to the small beach which is perfect for a little swim and then it’s easy to get to town.
