Beautiful experience, perfect location. Just Wifi connection was so bad. They even gave us 2 extra beds for our kids without any extra charge.

The hotel has not been well maintained. Didn’t feel we got what we paid for. The hotel website needs updating so photos are accurate. Great hotel! Definitely recommend. Everything is very presentable and convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant with a sea view. Various delicious dishes. There is a wellness room with massage, shower, jacuzzi. Nice, clean pool. Private beach, sun loungers. The hotel staff does their job well, everyone is very polite. After check-out, you can leave your luggage and stay on the territory, swim.

Lovely hotel, great location and range of facilities. Bedroom (14) was airy, clean and large. It did not have a sea view and was near the garbage area, so one morning garbage lorry arrived around 5.45am. The breakfast buffet offered incredible choices and you could also order omelette, poached eggs etc. We would happily recommend to others and we would stay there again.

Nice hotel, food expensive onsite

The hotel is new and elegant, and the reception is friendly. The rooms are a bit small. The rooms overlooking the sea are better than the rooms at the back, because the rooms at the back have a river or stream that needs maintenance and have a bad smell. I recommend the rooms overlooking the sea.

Second time here, but this time in a new building. Nice room, excellent soundproofing between rooms. Everything you need (water, tea, coffee capsules, slippers, robes…) is available. We had a room with a view of the bay, quiet and beautiful. The Internet was disconnected a couple of times, but this problem was quickly solved after contacting the reception. This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests. Spent half an hour trying to find the property. Bedding was very inferior. Hard mattress. Only sheets and no bed cover. Poor pillows. No access to the sea. Air conditioning worked good. Receptionist was very nice and helpful.

You have access to private beach and beach club (be aware that it’s a lot of steps to get there if you eventually have problems with that) with free sun beds. Pleasant hotel on the outskirts of Heceg Novi, nice clean reception and rooms with modern facilities. Only downside is that the pool and spa doesn’t open until 6pm for a couple of hours and you have to notify the hotel if you plan on using it so they can prepare it. We needed to change hotels due to a mix up. Booked ground floor room I'm amfora (not sure of spelling) but their ground floor was up 2 flights of stairs which would have proved major problem for me with My mobility issues. Luckily our final destination was excellent, staff so willing to help exceptional position with great views. Food really good couldn't fault anything about the hotel or staff.

We stayed in the recently renovated section and had a great room. The breakfasts were outstanding as were dinners at the beach club. We loved the beach here, clear and the smaller rocks were easier for us to walk on. Really comfortable beds and a nice restaurant on site. Chicken tacos were not quite what my children expected but still tasty. Our only complaint was that service seemed to be extremely slow but other than that we had a great time!

We had a great stay at the hotel! The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable — we really enjoyed it. The only downside was that the sun loungers shown in the online photos are not actually available for hotel guests unless you pay an extra (and fairly high) fee, which was disappointing and a bit misleading.

This Regent is pretty average in every way. I remember the Asian restaurant downstairs was pretty good, and the cakes in the Western restaurant were quite tasty. However, the service was poor, the breakfast was subpar, the rooms were dated, the view was average, and transportation was inconvenient. Overall, my impression was very negative, and I won't be returning to Montenegro again.
