Beautiful experience, perfect location. Just Wifi connection was so bad. They even gave us 2 extra beds for our kids without any extra charge.

The hotel has not been well maintained. Didn’t feel we got what we paid for. The hotel website needs updating so photos are accurate. Great hotel! Definitely recommend. Everything is very presentable and convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant with a sea view. Various delicious dishes. There is a wellness room with massage, shower, jacuzzi. Nice, clean pool. Private beach, sun loungers. The hotel staff does their job well, everyone is very polite. After check-out, you can leave your luggage and stay on the territory, swim.

Lovely hotel, great location and range of facilities. Bedroom (14) was airy, clean and large. It did not have a sea view and was near the garbage area, so one morning garbage lorry arrived around 5.45am. The breakfast buffet offered incredible choices and you could also order omelette, poached eggs etc. We would happily recommend to others and we would stay there again.

Nice hotel, food expensive onsite

The hotel is new and elegant, and the reception is friendly. The rooms are a bit small. The rooms overlooking the sea are better than the rooms at the back, because the rooms at the back have a river or stream that needs maintenance and have a bad smell. I recommend the rooms overlooking the sea.

Second time here, but this time in a new building. Nice room, excellent soundproofing between rooms. Everything you need (water, tea, coffee capsules, slippers, robes…) is available. Pleasant hotel on the outskirts of Heceg Novi, nice clean reception and rooms with modern facilities. Only downside is that the pool and spa doesn’t open until 6pm for a couple of hours and you have to notify the hotel if you plan on using it so they can prepare it. We needed to change hotels due to a mix up. Booked ground floor room I'm amfora (not sure of spelling) but their ground floor was up 2 flights of stairs which would have proved major problem for me with My mobility issues. Luckily our final destination was excellent, staff so willing to help exceptional position with great views. Food really good couldn't fault anything about the hotel or staff.

We stayed in the recently renovated section and had a great room. The breakfasts were outstanding as were dinners at the beach club. We loved the beach here, clear and the smaller rocks were easier for us to walk on. Really comfortable beds and a nice restaurant on site. Chicken tacos were not quite what my children expected but still tasty. Our only complaint was that service seemed to be extremely slow but other than that we had a great time!

We came to Kotor based on our friends' recommendation. We paid €45 for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for 3 people. The sea is beautiful, but the beach is filled with small pebbles. This Regent is pretty average in every way. I remember the Asian restaurant downstairs was pretty good, and the cakes in the Western restaurant were quite tasty. However, the service was poor, the breakfast was subpar, the rooms were dated, the view was average, and transportation was inconvenient. Overall, my impression was very negative, and I won't be returning to Montenegro again.

Spent 15 nights during the Ocean Race in September 2025, and everything was perfect! People, room, wifi, food, position, the gym! I also used the restaurant as my "personal" office throughout the entire stay, flawless internet and nice view!

This is a lovely place and need the attention of people's. It is on a very nice location and everything is premium. The reason for 4 stars is the average feeling of the ambient, especially the staff. They was also nice and professional dressed but lake of positive vibe. I think this kind of Hotel/restaurant should have a bit more positive vibe. Otherwise it is a good place to spend some good time.

We stayed for one night and it was perfect for our needs. Very convenient and close to the main action on the sea front. I wish rooms were slightly bigger but we managed. Breakfast was amazing! All in all very enjoyable.

A beautiful small hotel with a great location and service. We got a free room upgrade in honor of my birthday. They also gave us a dessert 🫶🏻. The hotel has a small spa. It was great to warm up in the sauna and hammam in the evening, and then swim in the pool. The service is very friendly, and the staff speaks English and Russian. There's free parking 👍🏻.

It was a disappointment: 1. Main issue - NO ventilation in a room! Some vent channel is present in a bathroom, but it's grill is so dirty that no air flow in the room at all - difficult to sleep. Rooms are old and dusty. You can't top up the bathtub and take a bath because they took out the bathtub plug. Sockets are sticking out of the wall. Breakfast is decent and internet is good. I ordered a steak for dinner and it was great 8.5/10 French fries were a little bit oily, but all in all tue dinner was good.

Everything was great – the hotel is comfortable, the spa is fantastic, and the location is excellent.

The scenery is beautiful and the facilities are well maintained. The bathroom is also very good. However, there is a waterproof layer under the bedsheet, which makes the mattress not breathable. It becomes very hot when using the duvet, but too cold without it. I understand this may be for easier cleaning, but unfortunately it makes sleeping quite uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel, has a private beach. The rooms are a bit small. The facilities are very nice, definitely a huge bonus that it was free of charge.

The room facilities were quite basic, but the location was great! The breakfast restaurant overlooking the sea was beautiful. The public areas had beach chairs and a swimming pool, and the hotel service was good too. If you're coming to Perast, I'd still highly recommend this hotel.

We booked a deluxe apartment at the Jindi Hotel. Photos 5-6 show a room with a terrace on the booking platform. The view from the terrace was stunning, whether it was sunset or sunrise. However, the room the hotel provided didn't match the room we were given! One of the rooms actually had a door, while the other, with the bed in the living room, had no door!
