For price that we paid, it is great. Yes, rooms are old, but everything was clean. There was a problem with mini fridge and they change it right away. For me , food was great. We were in apartment 5 which has a separate bedroom and a fantastic view of the bay. Like in the palm of your hand. Of course, to have such a view you assume that the house is on a slope, but it is really on a slope, which is where goats graze under the handrail... so, either good fitness or drive in first gear and take it easy, watch out for the slats that can easily scream.
