Nice apartment with private beach view and access worth for the view with green mountains,The apartment was clean and has a nice terrace. You can walk to the city center in half an hour. Parking spaces are available. The owner is Uber cool friendly,daring and dashing. The sea is right across the street. You have your own sunbed. Restaurants are very close. I definitely recommend it.

Terrible service, unhealthy room with fungus all over the walls, strong chemicals in the bathroom to cover the nasty smell, written kitchen, but there is only a microwave, parking for 3 cars, but renting more than 6 apartments so you have to park on the street. All in all, it is written it is 4 stars, but it is not worth even 1. Tasteless, unhealthy, falling apart.

We had 5 nights in Kotor which unfortunately coincided with my husband becoming very ill with bronchitis. I had to walk from the apartment a lot on my own and I felt very safe (I am a 62 year old little woman). The apartment had a lovely little balcony with a magnificent view of the water (and the big cruise ships coming in). Bathroom was fine with the added bonus of a washing machine! There were many restaurants and a supermarket close by as well as lovely walks along the water. The apartment was quite dark as it was adjoined to the garage so the only natural light was from the front. It extremely clean and well appointed with crockery, cutlery, glasses and towels were changed 1/2 way through our stay. The family were delightful hosts, even giving us a small gift when we left. Kotor is a great place to visit and I would highly recommend you put it on your itinerary.

Excellent host. We got free upgrade to the largest apartment. Gorgeous view on Boka bay from all apartments. Free bikes, kayak, private beach, chairs and ambrelas for guest to use.

Very friendly owner with a nice and clean place. Definitely the place to be for the swim, the owner keeps it there very clean. Apartments worth the visit!

The location and the little beach just in front of the facility was superb and the free bikes we were provided was great to take a stroll around the bay which we enjoyed much. The owners were friendly and they always checked if we were comfortable. However the room we had had very little windows so it was dark despite being on the 2nd floor. The ground of the shower was leaking, it definitely needs a repairment as of September 2021 and they didn't have credit card reading machine although it was mentioned it is possible to pay by card at the time of booking. And lastly the WiFi was not working properly. Overall, I might come back for the location but not for the rooms.

I like it very much. The owner and his assistants will make you feel right at home. Location class. The bay is 15 meters away. Center and old town 15 minutes walk. Food is on every corner, where everyone is glad to see you. There are no problems in the language. I advise everyone to come to Ukraine.
