From my balcony I had a front-row seat to the parade of boats – I waved so much I’m pretty sure half the marina now thinks I live here

Excellent location with an amazing sea view from the window. The hotel has a beautiful private beach, perfect for relaxing. The spa is excellent, with a dry sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi

We opted for the partial sea view, which provided panoramic views of the mountains and the sea, which to simply put it, was beautiful (highly recommend catching sunrise) Food was cooked to perfection, especially the grilled chicken and roasted potatoes, which was juicy beyond belief and beautifully seasoned

The spa is beautiful and the additional treatments are very well priced, €60 for a Swedish massage for 50 minutes. Hydro pool, sauna and gym are free to access

On the positive side, the location is great, the hotel itself is relatively modern, the staff were generally pleasant, breakfast was quite tasty (although the coffee could be better), and the private beach with a nice view was definitely a plus

Very nice hotel, has a private beach. The rooms are a bit small. The facilities are very nice, definitely a huge bonus that it was free of charge.

Overall, while the hotel has potential thanks to its location and beach, the quality of the rooms, amenities, and service did not meet expectations

Got a large room at second floor with a huge balcony. The bath was a little bit small but still enough. The also have a restaurant with good food and decent prices. The hotel is close to a beach-walking distance

The location is idyllic - tucked away in a corner of Tivat right on the edge of the sea in a picture-perfect village. Breakfast is served in the adjoining restaurant, Punto Crudo, which was delicious

We stayed in this charming hotel after our flight was cancelled and the airline booked us to stay here. It was the perfect place to find ourselves after the stress of unexpected travel disruption

We appreciated the warm welcome and support in ensuring accommodation was secured within their complex of September hotels for the duration of our stay

We also chose to dine there in the evenings and on warmer days, there is the option to eat outside on the terrace with magnificent views of the bay

The hotel has a sauna for guests, which can be booked in advance and the rooms are stylish and comfortable. We met a couple staying at the hotel who return here every year and I can see why

I only stayed one night as I was flying out of Tivat, but in hindsight, I wish I had booked 2–3 nights to truly soak in the atmosphere

As hotel guests, we had breakfast included, with unlimited amount of any juice or freshly squeezed oranges, and coffees aswell. The location is very close to a couple of different beaches, basically this is top spot

We stayed for one night and it was perfect for our needs. Very convenient and close to the main action on the sea front. I wish rooms were slightly bigger but we managed. Breakfast was amazing! All in all very enjoyable.

We looked for a simple room near the beach that breakfast and parking is included. It stastifed us, the beach is realy near by, and the centre is 10 min walk. The service was really good For us it was good

(there weren't any window sensors which could've been the issue) The only reason for me service is a 2/5 and not a 1/5 is because the cleaning lady was nice and we had great chats with her during our 3 night stay

That guy kept coming back and forth and when he saw our terrace window is open because it's hotter outside than it is inside he started yelling too explaining how do we want the ac to work when the window is open

The receptionist was talking to us in Serbo-Montenegrin because she assumed we could understand her since we're Bulgarians. She was yelling all the time and didn't answer our questions

1 nights stay with the baby before we head out home. Very close to the sea wall, but loud during evening and night (lots of loud unpleasant music outside)

The location is perfect: the sea is 2 steps away, there are lots of shops (including one with souvenirs) nearby, different restaurants and cafes. The breakfast in the hotel was good - diverse, tasty and fulfilling

You can't top up the bathtub and take a bath because they took out the bathtub plug. Sockets are sticking out of the wall. Breakfast is decent and internet is good. I ordered a steak for dinner and it was great 8

However, the surrounding area is incredibly beautiful, featuring stunning beaches, picturesque viewing spots, and an ancient fortress

Agape Hotel Rose is simply perfect. The view of Boka Zaliv is breathtaking, and the swimming pool with that view is unbeatable – the ideal spot to relax. Being just a few steps from the beach made our stay even better

The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom

Why I cannot give a full 5 star rating on my 2 day holiday stay. Breakfast on the terrace is lovely. Coffee is very good! Pool is clean and refreshing. Mattresses old or bad quality

The view from the hotel is very suggestive a very high rating and a little advice (in the bathroom the shampoo and shower gel packages are too cheap for the elegance of the structure) we recommend anonymous or single-dose dispensers

Amazing location in the nicest part of Tivat and unbelievable views from the front facing balconies. Reception staff are very accommodating The rooms are adequate. Having a balcony facing the sea is definitely worth it

Spent 15 nights during the Ocean Race in September 2025, and everything was perfect! People, room, wifi, food, position, the gym! I also used the restaurant as my "personal" office throughout the entire stay, flawless internet and nice view!

It's a very nice and clean hotel. We had a walk around and stopped for coffee. Cheesecake was wow as well as Dubai cake. We were served by Ivan Jeremić who were amazing went beyond to make sure we are happy

We were looking for simple and genuine and that's what we found. Super fast service and very attentive. Our waitress Smiljia made the difference as she gave great service

It is important to note that the hotel is a beach club and so has loud base music all day every day which is unbearable after a day

Stunning views, great service, clean water, pool and very very tasty!!! The day to eat pizza or a sandwich on the beach and in the evening come to an elegant dinner.

The views are amazing and the hotel offer free boat rides to Porto if you go to one of their restaurants which was also lovely, also the beach and pools were 100% 5 star worthy they were so clean, never too crowded

The bed is the most comfiest thing ever and the rooms are all so amazing even in the cheapest room. The spa was also lovely with a large pool and a jacuzzi, the massagers were amazing and worth the prize in my opinion

Beautiful hotel on a seafront location with lovely scenery. Superior room was spacious and cleaned everyday with new towels

The private swimming pool was nice and wifi too, open network. I should note that the restaurant is not always buffet, as I understand it's based on the amount of guests

The room was of a good size with a double bed, a single bed and a nice sized balcony with views of both the pool and the sea. The bathroom was clean and had a great shower. There was a safe and a minibar

The pool was lovely and pretty empty and quiet. Not right in the center of the city, close to a beach and park. A big Supermarket is 100 meters away. Walking into the center of Tivat takes about 10-15 minutes

What a wonderful characteristic building from the 70ies, I appreciate it is still there and honored, room 231 view towards the sea and to see a magnificent sunset, man from reception so friendly, hotel right at the beach, breakfast good to get strength for the day

There are two pools one big and one small, for the kids. There's a basketball field also. Overall, a nice cheap hotel, with a market nearby, and isolated from the noises of the city

A very nice hotel, with small but comfortable rooms and toilets. The hotel is pretty big and the yard is filled with grass. There is an outdoor restaurant and an open bar

When we arrived we were shown another room on the same floor and we did not like it. The building has its own garden with two seaters and a table

The gate is opened with a key, which is not very practical if one of you stays back in the room. The walls seem to be thin - when there were guests in the adjacent room we could hear them. Though they were noisy, indeed

The apartment is good, clean, has good Wi-Fi (the name and the code were on the table), air-conditioning, even bed-heating. There was hot water in the bathroom all the time

There is a modest kitchenette with a small fridge, a microwave oven and basic cutlery, but without a tap and a sink. The host Dimitriy was discreet, quiet and good-natured

The building itself appeared to be one of the original buildings in what is now the old harbour area Its location is excellent, with a quick ten-minute walk to the new marina in one direction and the beach and non-commercial restaurants in the other

We spent four days in the room on the first floor, one of the two rooms with a big balcony overlooking mainly the nearby marina

good gostishka, apartment. near lots of restaurants. The yummy, the prices are not expensive, the portions are huge.:) sandy beaches in Tivat are almost there. mostly concrete.

Clean and spacious room (studio with terrace) with ammenities a 4* hotel should have. (slippers, bathrobes, clean and new sheets ). The room smelled good, breakfast was tasty. The receptionist is a nice lady

There were a couple of unexpected situations — the power went out and there was no water in Tiewat — but the team handled everything with such kindness and professionalism, making sure we were taken care of

We are fussy travelers from Manhattan and keep high standards. Excellent location block from the water and main restaurant and shopping area. It had everything you need, small pool, gym, spa, sauna and steam

A good hotel with pleasant rooms and delicious breakfasts. There's free parking, which is very convenient. The only disappointment was the spa. The saunas are decent, but the pool area is in poor condition.

It was great to warm up in the sauna and hammam in the evening, and then swim in the pool. The service is very friendly, and the staff speaks English and Russian

But what truly blew us away was the cuisine – without a doubt, the best we've ever had in a hotel. Every dish, from breakfast to dinner, was a masterpiece: fresh ingredients, perfect presentation, and incredible flavors

The hotel is very elegant, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and throughout our stay we truly felt special and welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tivat — we would gladly come back again!

A pleasant, fresh hotel with a good location. The beach is small, so it might be inconvenient for swimming during peak season

There's also a nice terrace where you can have wine and relax in the evening. There's a pool on the top floor, but in April, the terrace was closed and cluttered with laundry and bottles

The staff is very kind and friendly, both at the reception and in the hotel restaurant. The food in the restaurant is very varied and delicious. The room with the sea view is fantastic

It's a shame, even if you weren't swimming (though people were already swimming in the sea, it was hot), you could have at least sunbathed

The hotel is located near the sea. It's clean and the staff are always smiling. Check-in and check-out were very quick.

The breakfasts are tasty and filling (even better if it were a buffet), but there's a small drawback – the menu doesn't indicate if a dish contains onions, and they can't remove them (it's best to ask beforehand if you have an allergy)

Relaxed little hotel across the street from the beach. Just look for the Zebra wall, was a little hard to find at first. Was a great, clean, cozy room for me as a solo traveller

Both accommodations were exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated/furnished with alot of thought to the small details like umbrellas and even a shoe horn. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive

The breakfast on the waterfront is beyond special, again with superb service and wonderful views. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!!

It’s right next to the beach in a quiet spot, but still just a short walk to the center and Porto Montenegro. Breakfast was simple but did the job, and we loved the little gift of house wine
