We have a fantastic stay at this hotel. The receptionist and the General Manager were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome regarding a concern

Additionally, there's an indoor swimming pool, a massage spa, and a sauna on the second floor – definitely try them out, they're fantastic! The second floor also leads to the outdoor swimming pool, a perfect spot for taking photos at sunset – absolutely beautiful

Meticulously manicured but not quite attractive, with slightly unsettling utopia vibes. We felt like we were in The Sims computer game, waving at the camera for something to do

Understandably it’s only March and out of season, but I’m not sure it would be particularly appealing in the summer either

Unfortunately, the location and atmosphere left a lot to be desired. The resort is a remote, purpose built, still under construction, soulless, ghost town

Great hotel by the sea with a beautiful interior, especially the lobby and pool. The hotel offers a private beach with a beach bar right next to it. The hotel restaurant serves very tasty breakfast meals

Beautiful interiors, spacious modern bedroom, delicious breakfast, excellent facilities (gym, spa, pool table) and friendly staff

We had use of the facilities almost to ourselves and a complimentary room upgrade with views of the marina which was very kind. The hotel itself is certainly 5 stars and we had a peaceful and comfortable stay

The apartment was in fantastic condition and so clean. The communal small pool was beautifully maintained. The location and views perfect. The customer service is exceptional, best I’ve experienced anywhere.

The area has three private beaches (free bath towels provided), a small supermarket and several restaurants on the sea promenade, of which the best is the Spilja

Is only suggest more pillows and perhaps a mattress topper. But everything else was fantastic. The beaches and Restaurants were great. The semi private pool was crystal clear and so incredibly peaceful

This property was absolutely amazing. I would move in and live here if I could. The customer service team was top notch and so helpful the entire time. Absolutely beautiful place, views were stunning

Generally the lustica bay is stunning, quintessential to say the least but the staff where quiet helpful and helped upgrade us with ease to a two bedroom at the marina which is also stunning

It becomes very hot when using the duvet, but too cold without it. I understand this may be for easier cleaning, but unfortunately it makes sleeping quite uncomfortable

Great location, just a few minutes from Porto Montenegro, and an excellent terrace with magnificent views. The stay was slightly marred by construction noise from a neighboring building early in the morning.

Disappointing stay due to poor indoor temperature control and unhelpful service. Our room was uncomfortably warm (27°C), and despite several visits from maintenance, the AC issue wasn't resolved

It’s on the end of the parmanade. Great service, good breakfast. Note that till 21:00 they also serve a buffet same as breakfast for 25€ per person. We had two rooms, a suite and a partial view

We ended up sleeping with the windows open for relief, but were kept awake by a loud generator outside. Definitely not the quality experience we expected

Both of the had a stacked window shade, which made the partial view room even more partial. Nice massage facilities but the masseur not professional

The location is idyllic - tucked away in a corner of Tivat right on the edge of the sea in a picture-perfect village. Breakfast is served in the adjoining restaurant, Punto Crudo, which was delicious

We stayed in this charming hotel after our flight was cancelled and the airline booked us to stay here. It was the perfect place to find ourselves after the stress of unexpected travel disruption

We appreciated the warm welcome and support in ensuring accommodation was secured within their complex of September hotels for the duration of our stay

We also chose to dine there in the evenings and on warmer days, there is the option to eat outside on the terrace with magnificent views of the bay

The hotel has a sauna for guests, which can be booked in advance and the rooms are stylish and comfortable. We met a couple staying at the hotel who return here every year and I can see why

I only stayed one night as I was flying out of Tivat, but in hindsight, I wish I had booked 2–3 nights to truly soak in the atmosphere

We stayed for one night and it was perfect for our needs. Very convenient and close to the main action on the sea front. I wish rooms were slightly bigger but we managed. Breakfast was amazing! All in all very enjoyable.

As hotel guests, we had breakfast included, with unlimited amount of any juice or freshly squeezed oranges, and coffees aswell. The location is very close to a couple of different beaches, basically this is top spot

Extremely happy with staying at Hotel Astoria, the service was professionally superb and polite from everyone, including the waiters as well. The food is fresh and very tasty, and the portions are large as well

We looked for a simple room near the beach that breakfast and parking is included. It stastifed us, the beach is realy near by, and the centre is 10 min walk. The service was really good For us it was good

That guy kept coming back and forth and when he saw our terrace window is open because it's hotter outside than it is inside he started yelling too explaining how do we want the ac to work when the window is open

The receptionist was talking to us in Serbo-Montenegrin because she assumed we could understand her since we're Bulgarians. She was yelling all the time and didn't answer our questions

1 nights stay with the baby before we head out home. Very close to the sea wall, but loud during evening and night (lots of loud unpleasant music outside)

The location is perfect: the sea is 2 steps away, there are lots of shops (including one with souvenirs) nearby, different restaurants and cafes. The breakfast in the hotel was good - diverse, tasty and fulfilling

You can't top up the bathtub and take a bath because they took out the bathtub plug. Sockets are sticking out of the wall. Breakfast is decent and internet is good. I ordered a steak for dinner and it was great 8

However, the surrounding area is incredibly beautiful, featuring stunning beaches, picturesque viewing spots, and an ancient fortress

The view from the hotel is very suggestive a very high rating and a little advice (in the bathroom the shampoo and shower gel packages are too cheap for the elegance of the structure) we recommend anonymous or single-dose dispensers

Agape Hotel Rose is simply perfect. The view of Boka Zaliv is breathtaking, and the swimming pool with that view is unbeatable – the ideal spot to relax. Being just a few steps from the beach made our stay even better

This hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening

The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom

Amazing location in the nicest part of Tivat and unbelievable views from the front facing balconies. Reception staff are very accommodating The rooms are adequate. Having a balcony facing the sea is definitely worth it

Spent 15 nights during the Ocean Race in September 2025, and everything was perfect! People, room, wifi, food, position, the gym! I also used the restaurant as my "personal" office throughout the entire stay, flawless internet and nice view!

It's a very nice and clean hotel. We had a walk around and stopped for coffee. Cheesecake was wow as well as Dubai cake. We were served by Ivan Jeremić who were amazing went beyond to make sure we are happy

Beautiful hotel on a seafront location with lovely scenery. Superior room was spacious and cleaned everyday with new towels

HOWEVER The service was not 5 star, not even 3, if we booked a boat or a taxi it was always late and the staff never delivered on the service after saying they would, for example we asked to book a boat for 6:30 but we waited till 7 and turns out it wasn’t booked and there were events that night which meant we had to find different plans, overall just felt rude

The bed is the most comfiest thing ever and the rooms are all so amazing even in the cheapest room. The spa was also lovely with a large pool and a jacuzzi, the massagers were amazing and worth the prize in my opinion

The views are amazing and the hotel offer free boat rides to Porto if you go to one of their restaurants which was also lovely, also the beach and pools were 100% 5 star worthy they were so clean, never too crowded

All the staff were friendly, helpful and kind and bent over backwards to try to make our visit as good as possible. We would be very happy to stay there again and would recommend it without hesitation

The shower was hot and easy to operate, and the breakfast was tasty and so nice the first morning that we had the same thing every morning! It was good to be able to eat it outdoors

I am shocked by the recent negative reviews. The staff at the reception desk was welcoming, ready to help and answer even extra questions like what to do in Tivat. The hall was spacious and the kosher restaurant was good

Fabulous hotel with great facilities. We really enjoyed our stay at the Franca Hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were gorgeous and spotlessly clean

It is a shame that the freezer bit of the minibar did not freeze ( and so the ice cream that we bought at the Supermarket down the road defrosted!) Downstairs, the lounge/ reception area was spacious and comfortable

The pool was lovely and pretty empty and quiet. Not right in the center of the city, close to a beach and park. A big Supermarket is 100 meters away. Walking into the center of Tivat takes about 10-15 minutes

The dining room was also spacious and clean. All meals had plenty of food, both variety and quantity. A bit small, but enough for the orthodox people who were there when we were

What a wonderful characteristic building from the 70ies, I appreciate it is still there and honored, room 231 view towards the sea and to see a magnificent sunset, man from reception so friendly, hotel right at the beach, breakfast good to get strength for the day

There are two pools one big and one small, for the kids. There's a basketball field also. Overall, a nice cheap hotel, with a market nearby, and isolated from the noises of the city

A very nice hotel, with small but comfortable rooms and toilets. The hotel is pretty big and the yard is filled with grass. There is an outdoor restaurant and an open bar

Krašići is a place for people who need a break in the literal sense of the word. The beaches are small with dzomba stones, so if you like sand, this place is not for you. Blue Bay Apartments is pet friendly

so, either good fitness or drive in first gear and take it easy, watch out for the slats that can easily scream. We personally didn't mind because we weren't traveling with small children or pensioners

His kindness, friendliness, and professionalism were exceptional. Thanks to Bojan and the wonderful experience we had, we’ve already decided that we’ll be staying at Forte Rose during our next visit to Montenegro

The dishes were well thought out and exceptionally well executed. It was an absolute pleasure to have lunch here, and I would say it was the best restaurant experience we had during our week in Montenegro

The prices at this restaurant are higher than average. However, in return, you get friendlier and better service than elsewhere. The food matches the price and does not disappoint in any way

I have stayed here a few times when travelling with work. Staff are very friendly, WiFi is great. And they really helped organise things like airport transfer! Couldn’t ask for more

Normal 3 star hotel, but breakfast was terrible lived in hotel for 7 days and each day breakfast was the same... Coffee undrinkable too..

I stayed in the dorm room which has 6 beds although it was never full even during peak tourist season. The room was always clean and mostly tidy. The room has a nice view of the water and mountains

When we arrived we were shown another room on the same floor and we did not like it. The building has its own garden with two seaters and a table

The gate is opened with a key, which is not very practical if one of you stays back in the room. The walls seem to be thin - when there were guests in the adjacent room we could hear them. Though they were noisy, indeed

The hosts are very nice and speak enough english for whatever you might need. Location is excellent, close to the centre of tivat without being too noisy when you are trying to sleep

Really nice, clean and comfortable room. Unfortunately there wasn't actual balcony as it was advertised but we only stay one night before flying back home so it wasn't a problem.

The apartment is good, clean, has good Wi-Fi (the name and the code were on the table), air-conditioning, even bed-heating. There was hot water in the bathroom all the time

Boutique La Roche is the best Hotel that i have ever visited. I have visited thousands of international Hotels all over the world, and i can confidently say that La Roche is the best in all aspects

I popped back to the room during breakfast one day to pick up a cardigan and found the housekeeping staff eating the box of chocolates, they weren’t replaced. That left a sour taste and doubt around trustworthiness
