This Regent is pretty average in every way. I remember the Asian restaurant downstairs was pretty good, and the cakes in the Western restaurant were quite tasty. We stayed in the king deluxe room. Breathtaking view from the terrace, sea front. Space for parking for up to three cars. Hosts are super sweet, helpful and responsive when needed. About 45 minutes to 1 hr walk to Kotor downtown. Taxi costs around 5-8 euros per way. Kettle, water and coffee/tea in the room would be good additions. We loved the room and We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is designed like an apartment near a marina. The service is good, and the environment is very peaceful. It's next to the One & Only Resort Hotel, and it's not far from the Blue Grotto. However, this 3-bedroom apartment only has 2 bathrooms, not 3. If you need to wash up when you come back at night, you'll have to plan your order.

Luxurious, private, expensive If you are looking for a high-end gateway this is probably one of the best options in the Balkans. The Location and the setting was amazing. Rooms and property (and in suite) pools were great. Service was friendly and accommodating. Included breakfast was good. The in-room amenities and beach club were ok.

This was our second trip to Portonovi inside a year and that’s all the more remarkable given that we’ve never gone anywhere twice. It’s a niche destination, for sure, and it can be beaten on price. Everything was great – the hotel is comfortable, the spa is fantastic, and the location is excellent.

The scenery is beautiful and the facilities are well maintained. The bathroom is also very good. However, there is a waterproof layer under the bedsheet, which makes the mattress not breathable. It becomes very hot when using the duvet, but too cold without it. I understand this may be for easier cleaning, but unfortunately it makes sleeping quite uncomfortable.

Disappointing stay due to poor indoor temperature control and unhelpful service. Our room was uncomfortably warm (27°C), and despite several visits from maintenance, the AC issue wasn't resolved. We were told nothing could be done unless we paid for an upgrade, which they couldn't even guarantee would fix the problem. We ended up sleeping with the windows open for relief, but were kept awake by a loud...

Great location, just a few minutes from Porto Montenegro, and an excellent terrace with magnificent views. The stay was slightly marred by construction noise from a neighboring building early in the morning.

Very nice hotel, has a private beach. The rooms are a bit small. The facilities are very nice, definitely a huge bonus that it was free of charge.

It’s on the end of the parmanade. Great service, good breakfast. Note that till 21:00 they also serve a buffet same as breakfast for 25€ per person. We had two rooms, a suite and a partial view. Both of the had a stacked window shade, which made the partial view room even more partial. Nice massage facilities but the masseur not professional

Rooms are old and dusty. You can't top up the bathtub and take a bath because they took out the bathtub plug. Sockets are sticking out of the wall. Breakfast is decent and internet is good. I ordered a steak for dinner and it was great 8.5/10 French fries were a little bit oily, but all in all tue dinner was good.

Spent 15 nights during the Ocean Race in September 2025, and everything was perfect! People, room, wifi, food, position, the gym! I also used the restaurant as my "personal" office throughout the entire stay, flawless internet and nice view!

This is a lovely place and need the attention of people's. It is on a very nice location and everything is premium. The reason for 4 stars is the average feeling of the ambient, especially the staff. They was also nice and professional dressed but lake of positive vibe. I think this kind of Hotel/restaurant should have a bit more positive vibe. Otherwise it is a good place to spend some good time.

Fabulous hotel with great facilities. We really enjoyed our stay at the Franca Hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic. The rooms were gorgeous and spotlessly clean. We were in apartment 5 which has a separate bedroom and a fantastic view of the bay. Like in the palm of your hand. Of course, to have such a view you assume that the house is on a slope, but it is really on a slope, which is where goats graze under the handrail... so, either good fitness or drive in first gear and take it easy, watch out for the slats that can easily scream. Spent one night here , this is a very comfortable hotel. Great bed , room clean and tidy. Fantastic shower, lots of hot water. Great WiFi. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Loved the hotel Forte Rose. Beautifully renovated, and located in the picturesque stone Village of Rose. The views across the bay over to Herceg Novi are spectacular. Really enjoyed our stay here and Anita was great with us, very friendly and willing to arrange taxis for some other visits. The accommodation is about a 30 minute easy walk from Porto Montenegro (or a 4/5 minute taxi drive). It is fairly near the airport but we never had any issue with noise from the planes. Great location to have as a base to explore the surrounding area.

Great place for families. The staff has lots of initiative and are flexible in granting us early check-in. One staff brought us bottles of mineral water while we waited for our room to be cleaned. We were two and a half hours early! The resort provided kayaks and canoes that we can use for free. The only down side is that there is a weird drainage stench from our balcony.

We got an Appartment for 2 nights. It has a good location, beach, supermarkets, restaurants are all in walking distance. Unfortunately the Appartement was not very clean.
