3 star hotels in Tivat

The hotel is situated quite far from the nearest city, Tivat, and I wouldn’t recommend staying there if you don’t have a car. However, the surrounding area is incredibly beautiful, featuring stunning beaches, picturesque viewing spots, and an ancient fortress. The hotel itself is designed with great aesthetic appeal, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Notably, there are no TVs in the rooms...

Agape Hotel Rose is simply perfect. The view of Boka Zaliv is breathtaking, and the swimming pool with that view is unbeatable – the ideal spot to relax. Being just a few steps from the beach made our stay even better. Marko and his team were amazing – friendly, helpful, and always there when we needed anything. Our family had a fantastic time here, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended

Why I cannot give a full 5 star rating on my 2 day holiday stay. 👍🏻 Amazing views. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast on the terrace is lovely. Coffee is very good! Pool is clean and refreshing. This hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening. The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom.

Enchanting place overlooking a very picturesque bay, and in the middle of nature. The view from the hotel is very suggestive a very high rating and a little advice (in the bathroom the shampoo and shower gel packages are too cheap for the elegance of the structure) we recommend anonymous or single-dose dispensers.

Well, this hotel deserves 10 out of 5.. It's just something. Although located a bit far from cities but who needs it whenever you have such stunning views. No TV in the room but.. VIEWS! Quiet, clean, friendly staff. There were no tea bags in the room but even at 12 at night I got some from the reception. And again.. the views... 🤩

Normal 3 star hotel, but breakfast was terrible lived in hotel for 7 days and each day breakfast was the same... Coffee undrinkable too..

I have stayed here a few times when travelling with work. Staff are very friendly, WiFi is great. Breakfast is good too. Beautiful location. And they really helped organise things like airport transfer! Couldn’t ask for more

I like the breakfast garden. It is a quiet place and iis close to the sea. The stuff is very kind. Next time I come to Tivat I will be there again.

I stayed in the dorm room which has 6 beds although it was never full even during peak tourist season. The room was always clean and mostly tidy. The room has a nice view of the water and mountains. The hosts are very nice and speak enough english for whatever you might need. Location is excellent, close to the centre of tivat without being too noisy when you are trying to sleep. Great value for money, simple but nice.. right next to the port front commercial area with all the restaurants, bars and shops.. staff is nice and accommodating. My room was pretty big, clean, with a partial view of the bay, and with an “antique” touch that I appreciated. I give it 4 stars because the mattress is really very hard and a bit uncomfortable to sleep. But I would come back here, for that...

Really nice, clean and comfortable room. Unfortunately there wasn't actual balcony as it was advertised but we only stay one night before flying back home so it wasn't a problem.

Great suits with everything we needed, the owner Djuro and his wife are wonderful people, they helped us in everything. The apartments are in the best location in Tivat, 2 minutes from the beach, in front two supermarkets, 10 minutes walk to the center , we had a great stay.

Lovely stay at Djuro’s apartments. Super clean, great location near Wakiki beach which is chilled and fun. Shout out to fab waiter Jevan who will take care of all guests at Waikiki beach area! This is our third visit to this lovely little hotel. Beautiful view of the sea from our balcony, clean, nicely decorated rooms, small but beautiful bathroom with the glass shower. I come to this place regularly, mainly with my other family members. The apartments are in a beautiful, quiet location, a 5-min walk to the beach. The hosts are very kind indeed-they’ll be more than happy to help you with anything you need. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have a modern feel to them. We would also often chill on the lounge chairs by the pool, which was such a lovely way to relax...

We loved the beach here, clear and the smaller rocks were easier for us to walk on. Really comfortable beds and a nice restaurant on site. Chicken tacos were not quite what my children expected but still tasty. Our only complaint was that service seemed to be extremely slow but other than that we had a great time!

Nice spacious outdoor dining area. The restaurant is well staffed although a little slow at times. The food was good but not exciting, and perhaps a little more expensive than other places in the vicinity, but the amenities are very good with sunbeds and good swimming facilities.

We were recommended this resort. The location was good and they accommodated 6 of us. We paid 40€ per couple for the beds. The weather was not the best so we were able to get the beds free the next day as we only ended up on them for an hour the first day. We were served on both days and had no issues at all. We came to Kotor based on our friends' recommendation. We paid €45 for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for 3 people. The sea is beautiful, but the beach is filled with small pebbles. The pebbles aren’t too uncomfortable, but the turquoise color seen in photos isn’t real. We ordered pizza and risotto, and both were very delicious. The cocktails were average. In total, we paid €145.

Lively beach bar with very good views of the sea. We stopped by for a bite to eat and were served quickly. The portions were generous and the cevapi was particularly good. We were hoping to stay to use the sun beds but unfortunately they were very crowded and €45 for 2 beds and an umbrella is rather expensive.

Myself & my husband visited on 30th June 2024. We were greeted by a very nice front of house young lady who took us to our beds which we hadn’t reserved. Got in at 10am and already quite busy. Beds were priced at £35 euros for 2 with umbrella. Very comfortable with thick mattress, pillow & and towel. Drinks very reasonably priced. Very clean and prompt service throughout the day. Maki apartments in Radovići are new, nicely decorated, impeccably clean, and well equipped (good Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning in both rooms, new TV with cable channels, microwave oven, washing machine, oven, coffee maker, even a dishwasher!!!, with enough liquids/tablets for washing dishes and laundry). Stayed here in early August with my family. One of the most loveliest and cleaniest apartments I have stayed in. Very welcoming staff and in a lovely location too with restaurants and beaches just 5 minutes away. Will definitely be booking every year

The only disadvantage is distance from Tivat Town and beaches around, don't stay here without a car. Otherwise it is pretty tiring to walk all the way down the road which has no pedestrian zone. Family place, not for youngsters

Very nice apartment, clean and spacious, looks better than pictures. If you take sea view, you will be in a third floor, no elevator, but the view will be amasing. Very friendly hosts. I would come back again.

The apartment was exactly as we expected. From the top floor there are amazing views of the mountains and the sea. The beach is right next door and there are restaurants where guests can have dinner. Simple guesthouse but very well located in front of the bay of Kotor and very close to the Old Town, there are great restaurants in front of the guesthouse! And don't forget to take the boat trip to the Blue Cave, you can take a nice swim inside! And the landscape is beautiful!

I've spend a week with my family in Montenegro and our staying was just across the road from the hotel. We went everyday for a coffee and breakfast as was open not only to the hotel guests but also to the public. The host Alecsandra was super amazing. Very friendly kind and helpful. A comfortable apartment house is located in Tivat, a few minutes' walk from the beach. Tivat airport is also just a few minutes' walk away. The terrace overlooks the sea and it is special that the planes taking off in the morning and afternoon can be observed up close.
