I recently visited this restaurant and was truly impressed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The location is exceptional, offering a beautiful view of the sea that makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The service was outstanding — the staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

My personal highlight were the fruit shaped cakes, I tried the strawberry one and it was amazing.

We only ate at the restaurant upstairs for lunch and were very impressed by it. The prices were great for the sandwiches and they even had a small indoor playground for our 4 year old son. The view was amazing and the service was great.

The hotel owner was astonishingly rude—by far the most unpleasant interaction I have ever had in the hospitality industry.

My son and I were quietly enjoying our morning coffee at the bar. He was eager to try a traditional regional pie, a specialty for which the area is renowned. Since the hotel did not offer such pies for breakfast, he brought one along and began eating it with his coffee at 7:15 a.m. Admittedly, this was against the hotel’s policy, and I take full responsibility for that oversight.

However, there are countless ways a host can address a guest’s mistake with tact and professionalism. A true hotelier understands that—even when rules are broken—the guest remains deserving of dignity and respect. Instead, the owner confronted us in the most discourteous and humiliating manner imaginable. His words and tone suggested not only irritation, but also condescension, as though we were beneath the “economic stature” of his so-called “luxurious” establishment.

But what, exactly, constitutes luxury? Is it merely a collection of flashy, modern design elements? Or should it not also include the fundamentals: clean and sanitary bathrooms, along with staff capable of communicating even unwelcome rules with basic courtesy? If this is what the hotel deems “luxury,” then I fear they have misunderstood the word entirely.

I acknowledge, once again, our error in consuming a local pie within the premises. Yet it is both ironic and disheartening that a product of the region’s very own heritage—something that should inspire pride—was treated as an unforgivable offense rather than an opportunity for cultural hospitality.

In short: an establishment may market itself as luxurious, but no décor can disguise the absence of genuine refinement in manners, empathy, and respect.

The hotel has a fantastic location, and while the prices are on the higher side, they are fair for what you get. The rooms were good, though mine in particular was small, and the bathrooms could use some remodeling. The terrace would benefit from better furniture. Getting to my room felt like navigating a labyrinth – I had to take an elevator, walk through several hallways, go up stairs, then down another set before reaching it.

Breakfast was small but enough for me (though I don’t eat much in the mornings). The drinks bar was open, but for food only one portion per person was allowed.

The cleaning staff were kind, but I noticed something very concerning: they were sleeping in tiny closet-like rooms inside the hotel, without windows. The conditions were very poor, and honestly, it felt like a violation of human rights. The hotel owner should provide them with proper living arrangements.

On the service side, the reception lady was extremely rude – even though she was bilingual, she was unhelpful and unpleasant. In contrast, the servers were kind, professional, and very polite young gentlemen.

Overall, it was a great stay at a great hotel, but I left concerned about the treatment of the staff.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The hotel was really clean, we had clean towels and blankets every day. The breakfast was really amazing. The view was beautiful. And the room that we bought was really comfortable for 4 people. Overall we had a really great Time and we would go to this hotel again.

Worst food I've ever seen in a restaurant. Risotto with sea products is super dry and tested like they been reused. The most expensive salad in menu was very cheap is flavour and cucumber was bitter.
Staff was good but they didn't do anything when I tell them about the food problems.

The food that came was spoiled. I do not suggest it. The caesar salad was warm and the cucumbers were bitter. The staff did not serve the dishes and accessories. He had to be told 10 times to bring papers to wipe his hands.

Property is located in the heart of Ulcin.
Breathtaking view of the sea out of your room balcony. Walking distance to the car parking.
We stayed 2 different times on March and April 2024 in this outstanding hotel with my dad while visiting from Florida, US.
Staff is absolutely welcoming and provides extraordinary service.
Food is delicious. Rooms are super clean, beds are comfy, rooms service super fast.
Highly recommended!!
