The service was great, the staff was friendly, and they offered a delicious buffet breakfast. It was not far from the beach. There are various restaurants nearby for dinner. The price was reasonable, but we were there in the off-season, at the end of September. Swimming was still possible.

The hotel overall is good, but, we asked if the spa was open they said yes but only the indoor swimming pool was open, sauna was not functional and hot tub was filled with cold water also not functional.

Jeff and his wife was very nice, accommodating, and professional. Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was great, staff extremely friendly. We stayed there 3 weeks and we’re made to feel like we were apart of the family.

I was wisting restaurant only with family, for drinks, hence my review is related with restauran, and not with hotel in general. What sells this restoran is view. You can enjoy your drinks or food, while having a really nice beach and sea view on your side. Service is really good as well.

Right on the strip across from Small Beach. Be prepared for a raucous time if you stay ANYwhere near the strip. Night time rocks...including the walls and windows, but that is Ulcinj, not the hotel. Hotel was pleasant, clean and staff very friendly and professional.

A quiet, peaceful hotel for those seeking peace and privacy. The grounds are lush, with plenty of sun terraces, swimming pools, a swimming pool, and a wonderful, varied breakfast. The location was awesome, Breakfast was very good, service was good. We had reserved several rooms and the A/C was not working in some of the rooms and the safety locker also had problems. Some of the staff members were not enthusiastic in doing their jobs, but some were helpful. It would have been nice if they provided water bottles in the rooms. Very clean, well maintained, very accommodating front desk, nice breakfast spread, amazing view, a gem in Bar. Easy walk to a great selection of restaurants as well as great in-house food. Cab driver told us on the trip over how this is the best in the region, he was correct!

The room was clean! Some of the staff was helpful! About 15 minutes walk from the main bus station! But the local bus station was confusing and I couldn’t find any near by! Taxi service took adavantage and over charged for the rides!

Location for the hotel was perfect for quiete winter holiday, relaxing place, meters away from the beautiful Sutomore beach. Very good quality breakfast and many choices of food. Service was great, Vokmin went out of his way to make our stay great, arranging a last- minute early check-in by prioritizing room cleaning when our bus arrived way early. Spent one week in August here. Try avoid room 204 unless you are wheelchair-bound because shower does neither have door nor a lower guide ("dam") nor sloped floor, and water spills everywhere with risk of slipping. Rooms are clean, spacious, with sea view, super AC, great wifi and IoT TV set. Hotel is modern, new (though some things need repair already now in room 204) and the furniture is classy....
