I don’t understand the bad reviews here. It’s just 23€ per night and you are getting private room with balcony in the middle of the city centre. I didn’t have towel or hand soap in my room also no hot water but I just asked for towel and soap and that’s it. This place is super local, super friendly but for sure my american friends didn’t feel satisfied. You can’t expect top notch service if you pay just 23€ my friend.

Dirty and no personal interaction.
- we encountered several serious issues. Firstly, there was an infestation of cockroaches and ants in our room and in the restaurant, which was extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a shortage of detergents, soaps, and shampoos, which is unacceptable for an establishment of your calibre.
The air conditioner was not working, and the elevator was scary since it stopped roughly. and with all the money they are generating..
Not to forget about the shower head, which we couldn't put on handle since we have none.
Maybe they should invest more to maintain the hotel equipment.
Finally, the beds and covers were not clean, which seriously compromised our comfort and hygiene during our stay.

No exhaust fan in toilet. One towel for 4 guests, had to ask for more, towels provided were not completely dry. Loud music was played by the hotel or a neighbor from before 10 pm to 1 am. Breakfast had few items to choose from.

-unbearable noise from the snooker under the hotel, that alone should be enough reason why not to go..
couldn't sleep at all, it felt like they are playing in the room.

It was ok. No AC. Super hot inside the room.
Pretty cool view of the street below, I’ll give them that. I didn’t even try the TV. Little tiny soap bars. Stained toilet seat. But other than that, it was decent. the price was close to 300dh though. Idk about that.

Not good at all. My reasons to say so is that because of the room condition I was in (room 106) terrible bathroom and old furniture. The noise coming from the adjacent discos is nerve-racking.
