There's no air conditioning in the lobby, so it was cooler outside.
The hotel and rooms are aging.
The safe didn't work.
We were only given a set of 1 towel, although we had booked for 2 people. We asked for an extra towel & were only given an additional bath towel, no hand towel.
The location is hard to get to & hard to find with not much of food options available. You will have to walk at least 15min to get to the Main Street to have some options.
The breakfast was a buffer style with close to 6-8 items.
I would choose another place next time I am in Casablanca.
Also, while it is a fully furnished apartment, there are not even glasses to drink water. And, they only gave 1 hand and one shower towel, while we were two.
A shout-out to the staff for their hospitality and helpfulness. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
