Our experience in the hotel was great. The staff was very helpful with everything. The food was very tasty and it had many choices for all of us and the waiters especially Kamal were very kind and nice. I’d recommend it for anyone who wants a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Casablanca. Also the rooms were very big, the beds very comfortable we generally enjoyed our stay.

I booked a twin room with a city view, and when I checked in, I asked the front desk for a room with a better view. To my delight, I was upgraded to a sea view room! From the room, I could see the Hassan II Mosque and the ocean, which was a fantastic view. However, there were some issues with the facilities. The shower drain was severely clogged, and there was only one bathrobe in a double room, and only one mouthwash cup in the bathroom. Since I was only staying for one night, I didn't bother to complain. It felt like the hotel's hygiene and service weren't up to standard. I hope my review helps them improve their service quality.

Best Hotel & Staff in Casablanca
I stayed for three weeks for business trip and the staff has provided all the support and care to make it an extraordinary stay.

The breakfast was excellent, thanks especially to Chaimaa and Shiam. They were very kind, professional, and always smiling, making the mornings feel warm and welcoming. Their attention to detail and positive attitude truly made a difference.

Very disappointing stay. This hotel has some of the worst service and customer service I have experienced.

We arrived at 1:30 pm for a 1:00 pm check-in, after driving 6 hours on the other side of Morocco to come here. The lobby was chaotic and overcrowded due to a soccer tour group (the Nigerian team was staying at the hotel). The reception staff were slow, disorganised, unprofessional, and clearly unable to handle the pressure.

When we asked to check in, the receptionist rudely told us to “wait,” then informed us the room was not ready and that we had to come back in one hour. We asked about food and were told there was a diner on level 2, so we left to have lunch.

At 27 Skies Restaurant, staff repeatedly spoke to us in French, assuming we were French. Even when my husband replied in Tamazight, the waiter—who clearly understood—continued speaking French. This felt dismissive and uncomfortable.

After lunch, we returned to reception after one hour, only to be told we still had to wait. The receptionist was calling housekeeping while we stood there for another 30 minutes. We finally checked in at 3:30 pm, which is unacceptable given the long journey we had just completed.

Once in the room, the power was not working. I called reception five times, and no one came to fix it. Our luggage also did not arrive. We were repeatedly told “someone will come in 10 minutes,” yet it took 1.5 hours and three phone calls before the concierge finally brought our bags.

Dinner at the level 2 restaurant was just as disappointing. Service was extremely slow and inattentive. We asked for a bottle of water and the waiter forgot, serving other tables instead. After finishing our meal, we waited a long time for the bill while staff were giving bills to tables that were still eating, completely ignoring us.

The pricing at 27 Skies Restaurant is absurd for the quality provided. We ordered two mains and one salad, which cost $150 AUD. The food was average at best. My husband’s steak came with no sides, just sauce. My salmon also came with no sides, just a single piece of fish on a large plate.

Overall, this hotel severely lacks:
• Customer service
• Organisation
• Food quality
• Professionalism

The atmosphere felt off from start to finish. We will never return and will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Extremely disappointing, especially as we travel to Morocco and Casablanca every year to visit family and expect far better hospitality than this.

Siham and Shayma made amazing traditional eggs with tomatoes and msimen, prepared with so much love and care — you can really taste the difference. Kamal and Hamoushi went above and beyond to make sure we were always satisfied and well taken care of. The whole team is welcoming, attentive, and truly passionate about hospitality. A great way to start the day!
