Breakfast could be better with fresh fruits

Nice hotel inside, but the rooms are really old!!! You'd be shocked! The phone doesn't work, even though we asked for it to be fixed, it wasn't taken into consideration. The breakfast buffet is really poor!

We were travelling with a group and the check in was chaotic followed by a long wait for the lift. This is not a 5 star hotel but at most a 3 star. The room was small and in the morning there was no hot water ( this was December) There must be much better choices in Rabat.

From the outside the Rabat Hotel boasts a five star neon sign on its rooftop. Don't be fooled. It would struggle to achieve two stars. The night I arrived my room was like a furnace. When I complained to reception the explanation was that the recent weather had been so cold in Rabat that they had to switch off the air conditioning system and when the weather warmed up, it took two days for the air conditioners to work again. So the entire hotel had no air conditioning. My room was dark. There were scraps off paper on the dirty carpet. The mattress was hard and the pillows like rocks. The internal architecture looked as if it had been designed as a prison. Breakfast was very poor. Altogether an unpleasant experience. Best avoided.

It might have been a 5 star when it was built, it is now a 2 star (that is a generous rating in my view). Extremely tired decor, housekeeping is lacking. The countertops were dusty, bath water came out yellow (gross!), and all the hangers in closet were bent out of shape - when’s the last time you’re in a 5 star hotel with wire hangers?

Very nice place, service and zero cuisine Unfortunately I did not find a satisfactory variation on the menu nor good service in the breeze. Please delete the negative comments because they are true.

It is rated 5*, I would say local rules... The maintenance is to be improved : Shower hose in the bath tub was too short from the valve to the hook on the wall making it useless. TV was changed to an Android based IP TV system, using the wifi signal. It could be a good system for having many channels, however it may have been installed during working time when guests are not in the hotel because when guests are connected to the wifi, the bandwidth is insufficient for all connected devices, of which the IP TV, making the broadcast a frozen image, sometime with sound, but most of the time not working.

the A.C doesnt work properly, the tv isn't good as well and they give you a remote that hardly works, the cleaner opens the door without checking if your in the room, the min fridge isn't put in a good place as well and the breakfast is cold most of the time and also give you wrong information with the payment saying that you can pay in cash then when you have the cash they tell you that you can pay in card. honestly I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Unnecessarily expensive. I see the need to edit my earlier fantastic comment for this place since they misled me to believe the cost to be half of what it was ( by forgetting to mention 'for one person' clearly) food tasted extremely good however the prices are higher than Switzerland! The entré is 8 times less than the course.... pfft! Wouldn't recommend absolutely.

Very good dish to taste. Buffalo mozzarella with tomato, and beef tenderloin with mushroom sauce. Frankly a real delight. I loved. I tasted it while listening to the soft French music. A French restaurant, quiet, romantic meal. Varied dishes every day. Philippe Rey Petit Bistro. Thank you very much.
