Very bad experience. I booked for four days but left after only two because the service and cleanliness were terrible. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the stay even worse. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

it's a shame to get 4 stars for this rubbish thing. the service is very bad. food is tasteless. the worst of all is that rooms are not accessible for disabled people. my physically disabled friend and i request to be served dinner in our rooms and we were ready to pay for the service but our request was declined this is not the right place for you if you are visiting Rabat.

I recently stayed at this hotel and faced a challenging situation as a foreigner in Rabat. I lost my wallet, which contained all my important documents, and urgently needed to check the lobby camera footage to see if I left it there or in a taxi. Unfortunately, despite my repeated requests over a week, I received no assistance from the hotel staff. The lack of communication and support during such a stressful time was incredibly disappointing. While the hotel itself was decent, the customer service fell short when I needed help the most. I hope they improve their responsiveness to guest concerns in the future.

Run away !!!
The worst 4 star hotel I have ever been to.
Dark rooms, look at the pictures all the lights are on.
In the offer it says (balcony) but there is no balcony.
Soundproof room (I could hear the person next to me snoring) there is only double glazing. Noisy hotel, horns, door slamming at 3am.
Breakfast 140Dhr / day, it is disgusting, it is not a 4 star.
No parking, you will park on the street with street guards who will ask you for money.
Hotel to avoid absolutely.
I paid before arriving, when leaving I was asked to pay, what a lack of professionalism.

The place is great. The staff was friendly. The hotel is right in the heart of Agdal, a nice neighborhood in Rabat.

It is solid hotel in a nice neighborhood with shoos and restaurants around with small but good breakfast. There are many new hotels in the area so check the price before making your decision. Bathtub was difficult to manage. Old style, not suitable for seniours

Loved this hôtel. I stayed only two nights but i will absolutly go Black. The rooms were very clean and calm even that you are in the center of Agdal. Breakfast was every time defferent and nice. I eat at the restaurant one night and my food was good. I recommand this hôtel. Thanks to all the good staff

You shouldn't expect much from this small outlet, yet it serves delicious food and for very acceptable prices. Portions are generous, we had turkey and liver sausages (the lightest you can have with a side of fires and rice,, vegetarian pizza tastes like your mother will do it, and seafood salad (very generous portion of perfectly cooked calamari and baby shrimps and smoked salmon and crabs) prices are very affordable.
