"An excellent hotel in a prime location in Agadir. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the service is outstanding. The staff are friendly and helpful, and facilities like the pool and restaurant add great value to the stay. A perfect place for a relaxing and comfortable holiday."

A lovely little hotel with loads of character. The room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities were very good. Customer service was excellent.

Location is great, staff are attentive, although the restaurant area is a little rusty at times, the rooms are a great size, always clean & added bonus is the towels are a decent size if you are bigger than a size zero 👌 Beds are huge, window shutters so you can get a decent night's kip in complete darkness! Evening entertainment is a let down, very dull 😑 could be livelier, definitely head to the beach for that. The biggest let down is the breakfast. Had to ask twice for hot tea, the hot food was mildly warm, we ate out 3 out of the 5 days we were here. For the price we paid, we'd recommend, the rooms & location make up for the bad bits. We didn't use the pool, although it is very pretty & very clean, it's cleaned daily.

The hotel was a good find price wise given that we booked through booking. Com. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was fairly well appointed and the breakfast covered all tastes, I found a great selection of salty as well as sweet foods. The only down side was the Spa, I booked a package and was left feeling thoroughly disappointed by the treatment. After watching my husband get a thorough scrubbing I was excited to receive the same but unfortunately a different member of the staff turned up and gave a half hearted scrub followed by an irritatingly passive massage, especially considering I booked an energising one. I complained immediately to the reception, I had no response and paid full price ( prices are above average).

We really enjoyed our stay at this excellent hotel and are happy to recommend it. Staff could not do enough for us and our room and the hotel generally were spotless. Food was excellent. The pool area was lovely, and the solarium as well as the private section of the beach (10 minute walk away) were great for sunbathing. Good location 20 minutes walk from the marina and near banks and cafes. We’ll definitely go back.

Hotel a little far from the seaside. But right in the center of the city. But the setting is a small Moroccan boutique, the decor is neat. The outdoor setting around the swimming pool is pleasant, colorful with its bar and restaurant.
It is a quiet hotel with a family atmosphere, where meetings are easy.

The staff are very friendly especially the guys in the resturant very helpful. The room size was good. Location is good. The beach however is not near. There should have been water at least in the rooms upon arrival. Also should have an iron available to use.

" had an extremely disappointing experience at the Atlantis Hotel in Morocco Agadir. The staff did not help us with our luggage, and there is no elevator to the rooms, making it difficult to access our room especially people who have disabilities.To make matters worse, we were told that our modest swimwear (Burkini) was not allowed in the swimming pool. We were shocked and appalled by this discriminatory policy. It's unacceptable for a hotel to treat its guests in this manner. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff told us this term & conditions of all hotels policies that not allowed to use swimming suit full. We have done our own investigation by going different hotels but Atlantic hotel staff lied .Staff were rude and not welcoming. You cannot bring any food or drink from outside to your room. Breakfast was so poor and same food every day. There is only one bottle of water in the breakfast area .We found insects in the foods.As Atlantic hotel agadir advertises as four star hotel but speaking truly that we have stayed five days,at Atlantic hotel & It is only two star hotel. The beach is far away from the hotel and you have to talk through hill and road is quite dangerous because people are driving crazy, and no safety for public.
