Thoroughly enjoyed it here. Rooms were spotless as was the whole resort. The staff were very friendly and yes most of them spoke English in the restaurant and bars housekeeping staff not so much, but they were all happy to help. The first language is French so all activities are said in French 1st then repeated in heavily accented English, so I can see why some reviewers may have missed the English announcements. The food was very Moroccan, tagines of all varieties, salads etc particularly on the evenings so my 2 teens struggled. Lunchtimes they cook more "western " style chips nuggets pizza etc but not evenings although there is always pasta available. The grounds are well maintained. There is a main pool for all activities, a pool with waterside and a 3rd pool for those who want a bit of quiet. Outside are stray dogs and cats. They ignore people so we ignored them (sadly). The beachbis across a busy road and a 5min walk and the hotel has its own section about 15 mins along the prom. Very nice too. I'd definitely go back.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights & we totally enjoyed our stay here Checkin was easy & we were taken to our room in block 9 orange above the spa. Our room was nice & comfortable with double doors that opened upto a balcony. It had a nice size shower room which was very clean There are 2 pools & water slides we used the pool at the back of the hotel which had a pool bar its very peaceful. The gardens i must say are wonderful & maintained very well The staff are very pleasant The only drawback was the food isnt that great if all inclusive But the drinks are very good ! The main beach is superb & a good walk from end to end is 2 hours good for getting your step count up! It also has some great bars & fast food outlets I recommend NIL BLEU restaurant bar The food & drink is very nice & reasonbly priced Agadir is a wonderful place with lots of sunshine We would stay at this hotel again.

We first arrived at Jardin d’agadir on the 22nd September 2025. First impressions of the hotel were it was tired and needed a make over but I tried to keep an open mind. No one helped us with our bags, bearing in mind we were travelling with a 2 year old who was very tired. We had 2 large bags and a buggy. On arrival into the entrance hall with all our bags I waited in a queue to check in and was handed two forms and told to complete them in the lobby. There was no where to sit in view of our bags and nothing to lean on to complete the forms. On top of this we were handed welcome drinks which was warm lemonade with a sprig of mint in it. I had to move away from my luggage to complete a form which was only half in English and not explained to us. After going back to the reception and waiting in a queue again for help, I managed to complete them. We were then given a pack of information and a porter helped us to the room but only took one bag, so we had to get to the room with the other large bag and the buggy and carrying our child and hand luggage. After this they waited for a tip in the room! We were placed on the 1st floor which had no access lift to so we had to carry all our bags up. Walking through the hotel the whole place looked very tired and dirty. The paths were a trip hazard and uneven and there were broken concrete blocks on the paths with jagged edges that if you fell on them you would get a nasty cut. The room itself had not been cleaned properly. The carpet had not been hoovered. The taps and light fittings had not been cleaned and had previous residents finger prints on. There were stains all over the sides and tables and the mirrors were so old they were tarnished. Paint was flaking off all woodwork. To top it off when you looked over the balcony there was a lip which was Full of cigarette butts. This had not been cleaned out for a long time..if ever. We had requested a cot at booking which was not in the room but when it did arrive it had stains all over the mesh and dirt on the edges. Still trying to make the most of it we walked to try and find the pools. Not one of the pools had space to sit down. The main pool was totally full and there was very loud music with a foam party going on. For a family hotel this is not what I foresaw. As it was now 3pm and our child hadn’t eaten since breakfast we went to see if there was any food we could order (plate of chips etc) and were told the restaurant was closed and afternoon tea would be served at 4pm. We asked for a beer in the meantime and were given WARM beef from a bottle. When we asked for a cold beer we were laughed at by the staff. Next to us on the floor there was a spilt drink which had dried so had been there for a while. When we returned half an hour later, this was still there and had not been cleaned up. Furniture for the pool and tables outside was cheap white plastic garden furniture. The queues for afternoon tea were long and the only offerings were pancakes. We

ON ARRIVAL- we had a really disappointing start. Not an overly warm welcome from reception staff. We got given our key card for the room. Because we had arrived at 10pm the buffet had finished and we were told no food would be given to us as a family. (Children aged 7&9)! When we asked for just piece of bread and butter it was declined. We were told to go out the hotel up the road to buy food - recommended a McDonald’s’ to us from the receptionist. Which then they proceeded to tell us that we were not expected, yet had our details and room ready for us? That’s why they hadn’t prepared any food, ‘we don’t do that’ they could not explain why. It made no sense. The next morning I spoke to a manager there, who wasn’t overly helpful and carried on telling me the times of the restaurant… which in return I repeated I know the times! I wasn’t happy that we had to take our young children out for food as soon as we arrived at the ALL INCLUSIVE hotel at 10pm!! LOCATION- The location was great, local shops nearby for savoury snacks, refreshments and souvenirs, shops over the road and next door to the hotel. All reasonably priced. Bars and clubs local to area. Beach a short stroll away. CLEANLINESS- All the hotel landscapes and pools were kept clean and tidy. No litter in sight on site. Rooms were clean and tidy. Rooms could do with a little more colour and life in them, very dated. Not much of a balcony/terrace given. (Space For 2 people) RESTAURANT- workers are working very hard and attentive. Especially at peak times for meals with cleaning up and clearing away. Tidy and kept up. FOOD- food was nice, it was very samey each day and night. (Had 2 days of chicken nuggets in one week) for picky eaters, there is not much to choose from, just breads/pasta/salad. Lots of lovely Moroccan dishes. Very fish and meat heavy… Soft drinks available on self serve, wine is served to you on request. Breakfast was our favourite!! Omelette man was fab! Who also turns into pizza man at lunch time! The Pizza was delicious! Snack bar only serving from 4pm consists of oranges/apples, donuts, pancakes and pastries. Should include; bread, ham/cheeses and a salad bar. All inclusive drinks were lovely and tasty. Only serving soft drinks and beer/wine at the pool bar. LANGUAGES- yes, this hotel is very catered for the French. The animation team did include our children and ourselves for dances in the evening. We did not participate in daily activities. We would not return to this hotel, we had a fantastic holiday and made the most of it all. However based on very basic food choices and mannerisms, we will go elsewhere.

Good location not much around , not to far from the beach but be prepared to be hassled to buy knock of goods . Lively hotel cater for the French , entertainment is all in French French food limited to what drinks you can have even tho it says all inclusive,, not very good menu for the children until dinner time then it's pizza an chips .staff are very helpful and accommodating.rooms are very dark and dingy and could do with brighten up , cleanliness throughout the rooms , reception are clean outside areas not so good could do with good scrub an wash down . Pools are freezing cold and again areas around the pools need a clean .would definitely come back to Morocco but just not this hotel

Overall we really enjoyed our time here. There were a few negatives, but compared to some of the reviews left, we were pleasantly surprised. On arrival we were greeted at the reception and asked to film in forms, pay tax, and we opted to pay for a safe for the week (I think this was around 7 Euros for the week) Our room was lovely. Ground floor in block 3. We were a bit concerned that this was a disabled access room, but the terrace was not suitable for someone who’s required a ramp, as you had to climb out of a large window to get out to it. This didn’t affect us as we rarely used it, but wouldn’t be ideal for someone who requires a level entrance/exit. Food was great - I am a very fussy eater, and after reading some other reviews, I was concerned I’d struggle to find something, but honestly there was SO much choice. Tagines were amazing, and lot of English foods, chips pizza nuggets pasta available every day. The staff are incredibly hard working. Housekeepers, groundskeepers, bar staff, waiters, entertainment staff - all worked tirelessly throughout our week stay. I did find sometimes the entertainment staff are a bit aggressive when trying to get you involved, and didn’t want to take no for an answer - all in good fun, but as two adults with no kids, sometimes we did just want to relax around the pool without having to play a game. So it very true that they will try to include you as mush as possible. They’re great at their jobs. We enjoyed the foam party, and karaoke nights were one of my favourite. They also host a white party on a Monday, where they introduce all the staff, and another opportunity for the entertainment staff to really show off their talents. All great dancers! We explored the local shops and the souk, locals were friendly. Get your bartering skills ready for the souk! I left my bag by my sun lounger and dinner table multiple times, felt very safe. We did find we had to take our towels down to the sun loungers around 7:30am most mornings if you wanted a decent spot. I’d recommend doing this if going as a large group, but for the two of us we normally always found a space. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and really well maintained. Our room was cleaned whenever we wanted, and the staff left amusing towel art which we loved! There are a few cats throughout the grounds and are often at the restaurant. They’re very cute! WiFi was good in the rooms, but in any of the busier areas like the pool or restaurant area it was hit and miss. We really enjoyed our meal at the separate Moroccan restaurant within the complex - please note you will have to pay for this. The beach is lovely, only a few mins walk and they have a separate area with sun beds and parasols for the use of hotel guests. Beware you will get mithered to buy all kinds whilst on the beach. Negatives - we only really had a few negatives. There were a few occasions where we spotted cockroaches in the communal bathrooms, and once in our room. The tables and

The reception staff does not reflect the kindness of the people of Agadir! It's a turn-off right away!
We were in riad 9: horns galore, shouting, motorbikes and a disco nearby... If you want to rest and sleep at night, this is not the place to stay!
The room is spacious and air-conditioned. Comfortable bedding but no socket next to the bed... Old bathroom. The cleaning ladies change the towels, empty the bins but must forget to clean the bathroom.
Meals: we did not eat all our meals at the hotel over 3 days... Breakfast: the coffee is not good and the orange juice is "tang" too bad to have to pay to have an orange juice worthy of the name! Evening meal: we had barely finished our plate when they cleared it away and it was difficult to get a teaspoon... I would like to highlight the merit of the people who serve, they never stop!!
Well-maintained exterior but aging building!
I will not comment on the activities because I am not concerned.
And the best part: the SPA: I treated myself to a "soothing" treatment, just before leaving the hotel: the result is that my face is swollen and covered in spots...
I will return to Agadir but certainly not there!!!

The hotel is so magnificent… (the location, decoration..)
It’s a shame that the employees are so unpleasant when asked for information, especially those at reception.
The night of December 1st we went to reception to check in, the welcome was so poor!!! Limit we disturb them with our presence... (first shock...).
We paid all inclusive… arrived in the room, the fridge empty.. and above all no water in the room!!! (2nd shock) We called the reception, we were told that we had to pay the option at not what to be able to benefit from the drinks. We will still ask for water at reception because I have to take medicine and the (3rd shock) we are just given a small 33 cl bottle (equivalent to 1 glass of water) for two people. (always of course with a look < damn you’re pissing us off >).
Regarding room cleaning:
The cleaning ladies are very smiling, very pleasant BUT!! The cleanliness of the rooms is not so good!!
Especially the toilets and the bathroom, Lots of stains on the tiles on the walls and the floor should be vacuumed before washing because there is a lot of dirt and hair on the edges.
Restaurant variety and average tasting. There are two or three waiters in the restaurant who make comments to you when you ask them for extra water.
Spa: very smiling staff but the services are average.

Conclusion: The architecture of the hotel is top notch, the exterior is very well maintained, the paths, the lawn etc…
The main problem is (maybe not all of course) the employee service..
