Andalucia Princess Resort in Estepona

We’ve just returned from a truly wonderful week at Ikos Andalusia—our second visit to this resort and our eighth Ikos experience overall—and somehow it just keeps getting better. The accommodation, food, and the resort as a whole are absolutely outstanding, as we’ve come to expect. Everything is beautifully maintained, the dining options are exceptional, and the whole place runs like clockwork. But what really makes Ikos Andalusia stand out is the staff. Without exception, every single person we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble—and “no” simply doesn’t seem to exist in their vocabulary. A very special mention must go to Stefania in Front of House, whose continued friendship and attention to detail go well above and beyond. It’s touches like this that turn a great holiday into a memorable one. And to our wonderful housekeeper Nieves—we were genuinely touched to find she had left us a bunch of flowers along with a personal thank-you note for “being so careful” with our room. That level of thoughtfulness is just extraordinary. We’d also strongly encourage future guests not to miss the evening shows at the resort’s Teatro. For adults, there are four shows a week from Wednesday to Saturday. The Wednesday Flamenco performance (with three dancers and four musicians) is lively and authentic, though we found it a little repetitive after a few numbers. However, the Thursday to Saturday shows are simply superb—featuring a resident group of two singers and four dancers delivering high-energy, beautifully choreographed performances. Honestly, the quality of the dancing and choreography would not look out of place on Strictly Come Dancing—it’s that good. Add in excellent sound and lighting, and you’ve got a thoroughly professional production in a charming open-air theatre setting. Do make the effort to go—you won’t regret it. All in all, another fantastic stay. Ikos Andalusia continues to set the bar incredibly high, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

What can I say.This chain of hotels compared never fails to impress. While staying at Andulusia, due to the busy time if season we reallystruggled to book the allocarte restaurants which we really was relying on as the buffet option was not convenient as we had a member in our group with mobility issues. Upon talking to reception on checking in ,the lovely and professional Bella listened to our predicament and went out of her way to re arrange bookings to allocate us for the week. Its staff like this and the service that makes these hotels on another level and keeps people like me coming back. Well done and thankyou Bella.

We’ve just returned from an incredible week here and it was truly amazing. Martina was exceptional—she looked after us throughout our stay and made everything feel effortless. As always, the Ikos service was outstanding. Having stayed at several Ikos resorts before, we continue to be impressed by the consistency and high standards across the brand. Kudos to the entire team for delivering such a fantastic experience!

Oh my, how to start? Everything about this resort is absolutely first class, starting and ending with the service level, with the fabulous bars/restaurants, heated pools, beautiful gardens and comfortable accomodations in between. Literally everything you can think of is included. The pool bar is our favourite, with Synthia and Martin serving outstanding drinks and food. Our favourite restaurants are Beach Club and Anaya, where Astrix, Gudron and Visna were helpful and flexible. An truly brilliant service is the Concierge Service, which is provided via WhatsApp. I texted them numerous times regarding this or that, and the response came within seconds, not minutes. Truly an amazing week for us!

This is the place to stay for wonderful attentive service and great food and drink. The choice of food at the buffet restaurant Flavors is terrific and is theme based each day. The other restaurants are all excellent but the one thing that stands out in our estimation is the staff. Every person is welcoming and wants to make your holiday special. Darko manages Flavors and Chiringuito and what a manager. Eyes everywhere, watching and anticipating guest’s needs. Coffee served when you want it and tables cleared immediately . Such experience and efficiency is hard to find. Andrea too, so welcoming and genuinely warm and attentive. The Hospitality team in particular Marcos can’t do enough to make your stay memorable. His passion and enthusiasm for all things Ikos makes us want to return again and again. The Pools are fantastic for young children but there are two adult only options which are beautiful and pool attendants at one of these that we used each day, Sandra and Cintia were super attentive bringing fresh fruit, donuts, food. and drinks to the sun beds . In truth, the staff were ALL amazing and we will certainly be back. Ikos is not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Oh joy! Just home from our first IKOS holiday and yes, the accolades are truly well deserved. Beautiful architecture, exceptional food, facilities and service from start to finish. We were greeted with warmth and instantly felt at ease. The check-in process was smooth, and every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The resort itself is stunning - beautifully maintained grounds, and breathtaking views. Our room was quiet, spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with many thoughtful touches. The food was outstanding, with options to suit every taste. Clearly there is a great investment in recruiting and training staff to a very high standard and they seemed to enjoy being there as much as we did. During the mornings, we enjoyed the fitness activities, gym, spa and cycling while our child had great fun and made new friends at the fabulous kids club. Afternoons were spent together at various pools in the glorious sunshine and stress free atmosphere. We can’t wait to return!

We had the most wonderful stay at Ikos Andalusia. The staff is so superfriendly and nice. Everything at the resort is thought through so well and the rooms are superclean and great looking. The perfect place to completely unwind and get pampered!

Our second visit to Ikos Andalusia certainly didn’t disappoint—we’re already planning our third! From the moment we arrived, every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly, and attentive. The quality of the food was outstanding, the resort was immaculate throughout, and the level of service was consistently exceptional. We can’t wait to return!

We had a fantastic holiday at Ikos Andalusia. It was our very first all-inclusive experience, as we were quite skeptical about the food on offer. However, after reading the reviews about Ikos, we were convinced to give it a try. We have nothing but praise for the hospitality, the atmosphere, the delicious cocktails and snacks, the wide selection of restaurants with high-quality food, and so much more.
