Love the hospitality and the service. Yes, there is no breakfast (you can orderat reception from a tea house/cafe), but the price is very good for the quality of the rooms.

Small rooms, no breakfast, expensive, sound proof issue, parking issue. Shouldn't charge more than 70k-75k

Service is nice. And bathrooms are big. Great HOTEL 🛏️🏨
Family Rooms are not expensive. Workers don't feel annoyed when a visitor calls so much for food orders. They calmly accept without complaints. I don't know why this hotel has 3 stars.

1 year ago , I stayed at this hotel for 3 days (in jan 2023) and had parking problems (didn’t have enough parking). Hotel security was quite friendly tbh .
The shower place was poor ; the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in my entire life.
Found human hair on drain cover which was not cleaned . Couldn’t even extend my knees when I sit on the toilet ,that was too annoying (I am 6ft tall guy btw ).
Bedsheet was dirty on check-in day but cleaned on 2nd day .
The price to quality ratio wasn’t good for me.
You can find better hotels in Mandalay below that rate . Need to improve the quality, not price !!!

Being a brand new hotel, i would say it is clean and tidy and comfortable. but the owner need to do a lot of work on the sound proofing. A closing of rest room door could be heard by all rooms within the same floor esp at night. And the hotel management doesn't seem to understand there should be a different between Superior room and deluxe room. Both of those room have the same facility and same size of room space. The only different between their superior room and deluxe is the bed type, Single bed and Twin bed. So be sure to choose the cheaper room type as you will have just the same size of room space and facility. Beside that the rest is all fine. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Nice, new, small isolated hotel in a less busy part of town. The hotel even displayed a "Welcome & Enjoy Your Stay" signboard for my friend when she moved in! Never have I came across a hotel that did this.

Cost more than a hostel but our hostel experiences much better than this. Lukewarm water bad pillows, noisy. Lovely doorman and reception girls but that doesn’t make up for bad sleep and noise. It’s quite a new business and l feel bad leaving a poor review but feel It will be better for them - to manage expectations of guests. We read good reviews and were very disappointed.
