The facilities were so old that at first I thought they had closed. The bathrooms, as well as the room maintenance and hygiene, were so poor that it was uncomfortable to spend a night there.

All electricity is cut off from 1 PM to 5 PM. Naturally, there's no Wi-Fi, and there aren't any decent supermarkets nearby. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you enjoy the outdoors.

Improve cleanliness and backup electricity in case of power outages, having to walk up and down from the 7th floor to the ground floor.

It's close to the airport, so I used it the day before I returned home.
I really liked the fact that I was able to negotiate a way to get to the airport from a short walk from the hotel for exactly 10,000 Ks.
On the day I stayed there, there was a five-hour power outage from 5am to 10am, so I woke up to a hot room, and it was muggy afterwards and I had a hard time knowing when the power would be restored.
I would probably book again because of the free admission to the Apple Bar and the closeness to the airport, but I really wish they would spare me the long power outages.

The power outage made the room hot, the elevator stopped working, and I was tired going up and down the stairs. There was no food, so it was inconvenient. I was glad that the receptionist who was there last year was still there.

The Hotel is just fine as others, the Apple Bar and KTV is also incredible. The night club is most convenient place for the one who need. The place is quiet and the view are vivid because it lies on the highest place in Insein township.

Staff is very courteous and generally helpful... Advertised swimming pool and spa were closed, room was a bit rundown. Asked to pay for ‘free’ shuttle airport drop off.
