The service is good. They even pack breakfast to take it with you if you are leaving early morning. You can equest it on the night before your checkout morning.
Good food and so many options to choose.
For cleanliness, I would say they could put more effort into the cafeteria area at level 5.
I killed one small cockroach 🪳 in the bathroom on the day of our arrival. This is nothing serious but I should mention it so that they could take good care of it for next customers who don't like any insects.

The hotel has just gone for a renovation looks good n new but amenities old. A/c not cold. Water pressure is low n Hot water not very good. The service stuffs are okay but the food is so so n bit on the pricy side.

It's a good hotel. It's efficient , and convenient. Good for short stop over or so.

It was only a short stay, but it was very comfortable and quite near to the airport. I particularly enjoyed the vibes - it looked straight out of a movie! The staff were all helpful, they even packed our breakfast since our flight was early. You can also immersed in the experience of trying traditional tanaka (face cream) at the lobby.

the room is not clean , old, and air condition so lound and hot, made me cloud not sleep at all. Not recommand

AC wasn’t that cold. The lights were dim. Felt a bit unclean overall. Staffs were nice. Breakfast was ok only. Location was a bit deep inside the lane but easy to travel.
