Conveniently located and nice old hotel. Incredibly good breakfast for the price. Clerks are polite and kind. But at least they should give 2 tea bags per room, only one green tea bag is not enough.

The number of newly opened hotels has been increasing lately, but compared to that, I was a little concerned about the age of the indoor facilities. The service is good, and the breakfast is very good. The pastries are especially delicious. I was interested in the gym because it was advertised that I could learn traditional martial arts.

An Outstanding Stay at Park Royal – Comfort, Cuisine & Class

Just wow! Park Royal is perfectly located for travelers, right in the heart of downtown yet wonderfully peaceful throughout the day. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless—the check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and polite.

The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, offering great comfort after a long day. The highlight of my stay was the fantastic Christmas buffet dinner, and I can confidently say that Park Royal offers one of the best breakfasts in town—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented.

An added bonus was the reopening of the club within the same premises from 31st December. As a Park Royal guest, I was offered complimentary entry, which made the experience even more special.

With everything nearby, excellent hospitality, and a calm atmosphere, Park Royal truly stands out. I will definitely visit again to relive these wonderful memories.

Great stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—walkable or a short drive to the main attractions. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Yangon.

The only problem I faced was 1 of the 6 nights I booked online was not registered with the hotel on Trip
