When booking, I requested a room with a view of the Shwedagon Pagoda, but when I asked the front desk upon arrival, they demanded an extra fee. The hotel was a mess. The room was large but extremely dirty, and it is a hotel that does not even have an electric kettle to make tea in the guest room. I booked this hotel located in a colonial-era building based on its only redeeming quality, and although there is colonial-era furniture inside, even that cannot be viewed because it is locked away in a storage room next to the front desk.

It is good place to rest. Very cozy room. And this hitel is nice place to go downtown. I recommend this hotel

The hotel is, of course, very old. There are some downsides, such as non-working sockets or lamps that don't turn on. On the plus side, the rooms are very spacious. But the main advantage, which outweighs even the downsides, is the hotel's location. It's a 19-minute walk to the Shwedagon weather station. There are a couple of shops and a cafe next to the hotel that works even when the lights go out. There's an improvised market where you can buy fruit. The bus stop is also 20 meters from the hotel.

Very good value for money. Breakfast is free. The service attitude is very good and the service staff is very polite. Good location and convenient parking. The room is large with large windows and a good view outside the window.

The room is very spacious, big and comfortable.
Very clean, sleep well.
Convenient location, next to Shwedagon Pagoda. Not expensive and includes breakfast.

I love their hotpot soup base. But I think their meat and vegetables are not fresh and the price is seems expensive comparing with their food quality
