This is a lovely, boutique hotel perfectly situated in the historic Bhaktapur neighbourhood. The rooms are spacious with views of the street ( but still quiet at night), the beds comfortable and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was freshly prepared and more than enough to start the day. The owner is a wonderfully gracious gentleman (with excellent english) and his staff was attentive. Highly recommend..

I visited this hotel for a tour with the owner and spent some time that afternoon. Lovely property, beautiful artwork. Family owned hotel managed by a really nice guy. The rooms are large by local standards, clean, and quiet, and the facilities are in a good location, although the streets in this area were fairly torn up when we visited. This happens in Kathmandu, and it’s hard to predict, but worth asking locals if you can before you arrive, since it can create some driving challenges if you hire a car.

A bit better than average. This is a comfortable hotel in a good central area. The staff are pleasant. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Bathroom a bit tired but hot water works. Breakfast is fine but probably better in season. It was quiet during our stay so lacked atmosphere. TV in our room didn’t work but no big deal for us. Calm and casual.

Nice hotel. Not very luxurious but clean and all you need. We are at the center. You can easily have a visit.

Amazing view and a great spot to just hangout. The food was a disappointment, they have no clue what a pizza is and the momo was equally horrible. Need a new chef.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars or even negative ratings. The food was terrible and unhygienic with very expensive pricings. And they also charge VAT and SC for providing horrific food(so called service). I checked their past reviews and whenever anyone comments on food, they have only one response ->"We apologise for the service because of our cook absence due to bad health which is prepared by kitchen helper". Don't visit this place...will just ruin your mood and of course total waste of money.

We ate at the rooftop restaurant. The service was good. The boneless chilly chicken snack was great. The other food was good, as well. The view from the restaurant is great for seeing the square and surroundings.

Very nice hotel at a newar home. Stunning view from the roof top, you can have breakfast with the view of the stupas. We had dinner in the restaurant and it´s a good option in Bhaktapur
