Exceptional Stay!
A huge thank to everyone. We initially stayed one night before heading to Bandipur and loved it so much we immediately returned upon arriving back in Kathmandu. The breakfast was great, and the team was great. We could also leave the baggage while exploring the mountains. Nice terrace! For a relaxing stay with excellent vibes and service go there!

Wonderful hospitality and behavior. We have reached at odd times still they somehow managed everything. We were able to take a hot water bath and that was impressive.

I came for EBC Trek, after which I stayed for week at this Dream city Hotel. I have given five stars but they deserve beyond that. The rooms are absolutely clean, hot water all the time, nice in-house cozy restaurant for breakfast and other meals of the day. Close to the the Thamel Market but yet set in a quite and serene surrounding.. Their in-house manager Deepak and the staff are very supportive and extremely polite, hospitable. Cleanliness 5* Hospitality 5* Location 5* Services 5* Food 5* I look forward to visit again. Excellent place for your accomodation if you are visiting Kathmandu. Reasonable prices as well. Value for money👌

Staff were super helpful. Clean and quiet. Good value for money. I would definitely stay again I recommend staying here as it is spacious and the staff are helpful but not in your face. Friendly, small garden and nice breakfast. Tea and coffee provided free

If I could give them 10 stars for service, I would!
I am travelling alone and fell ill on my first day in Kathmandu.
I couldn't have bern at a better hotel to be sick in. They, especially Deepak, took such great care of me!--accompanying me to hospital twice, free tea brought to my room, complete room service for meals. Deepak even went out of his way to call me regularly to make sure I was o.k.
I felt so well looked after, and this made a world of difference to me during my recovery.
Beyond that, they were also really helpful with all my further travel arrangements. I feel like I found a home away from home there.
The hotel is also very clean, and the rooms are cozy, comfortable snd quiet.
I highly recommend staying at Hotel Dream City and hope to be back again soon myself!

The best value private hotel room in Thamel. Located an easy walk from everything but still in a quiet area. Good cleanliness and a nice little rooftop area. Located outside police checkpoint so it's also very safe. Good little lobby and restaurant downstairs.

The room it was big and the bed confortable, but the hot water didn’t work good, it was a bad smell on the toilet and the wifi didn’t work on the room.
The staff don’t really care about the hosts.
Good location.
They need to make an improvements and the hotel could be great, but at the moment there’s better options for that price.

Absolutely Worst place to stay.
We booked rooms and also paid for it. When we went to get the rooms they simply refused that we ever had booked rooms with them. The staff was also raising voice and trying to threaten us after we asked to call the owner. The owner never picked up his phone.
Be very careful while booking rooms with them. They only give rooms if you are a tourist or are willing to pay in dollars

Hotel need to take care of maintenance of the room. Fan was noisy, there was tear in bed sheets, some parts of bathroom was missing. I checked reviews of guests but it didn't meet my expectations. Good part of the hotel was that staffs were friendly. Hotel can do lots of improvements. Comparison to the price its ok to stay.
