The hotel is located on one of Thamel's tourist streets, with many shops nearby. It's also within walking distance of the Monkey Temple.
The hotel staff goes out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We went to Pokhara for a few days, left our luggage, and everything was seamless.

Experience was really good and super friendly staffs. Justina and Bir Bahadur were remarkable. Great location, cozy lobby, nice paintings. Need little improvement in room amenities, like charging point, bathroom door lock. Adding few more options in breakfast range would be great. Overall, wonderful staying at Hotel Arts!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arts. The hotel offers great value and is situated in an excellent location. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Kathmandu that is reasonably priced, I highly recommend Hotel Arts. Thank you to Anish, Nisha, Birbahadur and Trisara for their exceptional hospitality.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience during the morning breakfasts. The food felt very authentic to Nepali culture which I appreciated as a tourist. Servers were very kind and were fun to visit with.

Our experience at Hotel Arts was incredible.We had an amazing experience.The staff was very nice and interactive..The rooms were big and neat and clean.The food was also very tasty and so many varieties. We would love to visit here again. See you soon

it is a very good location hotel in the centre of Thamel, the staff manager Mr Anish is very helpful and kind yo assist my team members request. they also free upgrading my room to a very nice room. it is provided breakfast. and safely hotel with security guard

It was good to finish Nepal. It is also good for relieving travel fatigue. After finishing the Himalayan trekking, I rested very well in Kathmandu and left.

The place is great. But the foods are not spicy enough as it should be. The price is okay. Overall nice place to eat korean food. I recommend you guys to eat bibimbap there. It’s really tasty.

Cook for yourself or order it from the kitchen, both ways it is great. Had Korean food for dinner for 3 and paid 4400 which is around 44 usd. The food is cheap and is good. The only downside is crammed up ambiance. But, fairly big for a place like Thamel. The nicest thing, it has parking.
