Hotel itself is fine but the customer service is very bad.
I had free airport transfer on my booking and I was told to download a indrive to book and pay for my own transfer. Even when I showed them my booking with free airport transfer they still didn't want to organise it and was still wanting me to pay extra. I saw a different person on the desk and eventually sorted it out. Over a week later after a trip elsewhere they forgot to pick me up from the airport even though they confirmed before I left and saw them write down the flight details.

I did some laundry while I was there. I thought it might be quicker and more convenient then looking for somewhere else. It took 1.5 days and was still wet when I got it back. My laundry bag was also ripped to shreds. I had to pack wet clothes to make my flight. I should have gone somewhere else in Thamel where its half the price for 6 hours.

My rooms aircon was faulty. I reported to reception and they had someone look at it straight away. They powercycled it which I had already done and it would work for 20mins or so then it would shut off. Asked them to look at it again and all I got told is ive already sent someone and they fixed it. This room had no windows to the outside so couldn't even get fresh air.

A number of staff seem to simply not want to be there. And if you have anything on your booking that states its free or included they try and get you to pay.

One morning I was woken up at 4am by men shouting at each other with what sounded like metal being thrown around. Sounded like they were working. And this was inside the hotel.

I had another booking at this hotel at the end of my trip before heading home but I contacted the travel agent and they rebooked me at different hotel as the service was so bad. I had better service at tea houses and 1 star hostels on this trip.

The breakfast selection is diverse, the rooms are spacious and tidy, and there are discounts available for purchasing massage services when staying at the hotel.

Hotel stay was appreciated and a good service. Though I have to share one staff took details of my cc and decided to take payment for the hotel from my card without my authorisation. Which i still have not got over why she did this without my permission.

Our stay at the yatri suites was exceptional! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city's main attractions, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, spotless, and came with a beautiful view of the mountains. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The only minor drawback was that the pillows were a bit too firm for our liking, but it didn't detract from our overall fantastic experience. We'll definitely be back!"

Yatri suites and spa is a good hotel in thamel and popular among foreigners for a quite stay. Service are good. Location is peaceful compared to other locations.

The place is great. But the foods are not spicy enough as it should be. The price is okay. Overall nice place to eat korean food. I recommend you guys to eat bibimbap there. It’s really tasty.

Cook for yourself or order it from the kitchen, both ways it is great. Had Korean food for dinner for 3 and paid 4400 which is around 44 usd. The food is cheap and is good. The only downside is crammed up ambiance. But, fairly big for a place like Thamel. The nicest thing, it has parking.
